Fact checker ways to be healthy vs. natural health

Here are two ways of being healthy

The first approach, favoured by Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, none of whom would dream of censoring anyone who expresses an opinion that doesn’t follow their (vested interest supported) narrative.  It’s been verified by their completely impartial and highly qualified fact checkers, so you can rely on its accuracy….

Here is another approach, which naturopaths and nutritionists would say is more likely to be successful in the longer run, but the genius “fact checkers” may not approve of as much.

1. Get lots of fresh air, sunlight and exercise.

2. Flood Your Body With Oxygen

Here you could consider something like Oxygen Elements Max or Oxylift. Here are some recent reviews from customers who purchased Oxygen Elements Max, which customers have been kind enough to leave us (edited in a few places to remove the names of specific diseases, in order to comply with health regulations).

★★★★★  Sally D – Tuesday 27 April 2021

I take the maintenance dose daily for immunity but also find it helpful to take a higher dose when I have any health issues. I usually feel a benefit. It helps me to sleep as well.

★★★★★ Daisy D – Friday 2 April 2021

I love this product and have reordered it several times. I first took it when I was 9 weeks into a bad bout of ***** ** last Spring and seemingly unable to make much progress getting better. I took 10 or so drops at a time twice a day and had a very pronounced upcurve in my recovery immediately. I’ve used it on and off (mostly on) though this whole year (just one set of 10 drops in the morning) and if I feel any kind of illness coming on I up my dose and it appears to ward it off really quickly. I love it and am so happy with the difference it made in my recovery

★★★★★ Helen L – Wednesday 31 March 2021

I started taking just a couple of drops of oxygen elements max per day & gradually built up to 7 drops per day which is less than the recommended dose but I noticed an increase in my energy levels after about a week. I had been feeling fatigued but I rarely feel like this now. It is expensive but,for me, it’s worth it.

★★★★★ Gloria B – Wednesday 3 February 2021

Took as per directions 7 drops 3 times a day. Increased when I was feeling a bit chesty to 10 drops . Felt better next day went back to maintenance dose. Great product for me.

★★★★★ Beatrice O – Saturday 30 January 2021

I bought the duo – Oxygen Elements Max and Oxylift several times in the last 6 weeks as I kept giving them out to friends who were ill. I’ve recommended the products to several people. They are both good. I take 7 -10 drops in water daily. If I sense cold/flu coming, I take it 2- 3 times (increase it to 30 drops) and I’ve also added lemon in order to boost my immunity. For me, this is a ‘must-have’ particularly at the current time.

★★★★★ Hilary M – Monday 21 December 2020

This stuff is brilliant..really helps whenever I feel an infection coming on.

★★★★★ Anya L – Monday 14 December 2020

Thought I’d give this a try as the reviews were so good and I wasn’t disappointed. I only take it twice a day, 7 drops in a glass of water. I would say I seem to have more energy throughout the day, there’s a noticeable difference.

★★★★★ Susan N – Wednesday 14 October 2020

I would not be without an oxygen supplement! I have used a liquid oxygen for many years. I changed from Oxylift to oxygen elements max because of the fulvic acid and just to see if there was a difference. I’m not sure I noticed a difference. I tend to take just one dose of about 15 drops each morning and think I’ll take more later but rarely remember! When I first started taking oxygen my hair colour returned (grey went away!) so I presumed lots of other good things must be happening!!

★★★★★ Helen V – Friday 24 July 2020

I have had remarkable results with this alongside MSM 1000g capsules. These drops 3 x a day and 3 MSM capsules taken with a vitamin C supplement. I’m an asthma COPD sufferer and this seems to oxygenate my body as well which gives me much more energy. As far as I’m concerned it’s a product for life. Amazing

I would not wish Oxygen Elements Max to be outdone by its competitor and very similar product, Oxylift. So here are some recent customer comments on this product.

★★★★★ JANE G – Thursday 18 February 2021

I’ve tried both Oxygen products now, but prefer this to the other. Really difficult to justify why, just a preference really. Both have proved excellent for kicking colds into touch. I don’t take this on a regular basis, but at the first sign of a cold I go for it. Even my husband swears by it – and he’s not easily convinced about such things. It’s a product I will always keep handy – works for us.

★★★★★ Gloria B – Wednesday 3 February 2021

★★★★★ Fiona C – Thursday 14 January 2021

I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Colon Hydrotherapist. I have a very sensitive system which responds fast and it is always very evident within a day whether a product suits me. I decided to try Oxylift as a protective mechanism, alongside other immune boosting products, to fight against *****. I have taken 1 drop daily in half a glass of water for two weeks and have noticed increased energy and clearer breathing. What I have noticed in addition is that Oxylift is causing me to urinate more frequently with almost a slight pressure on the bladder. I am hoping that this symptom will ease with time as I can see that this product is an important part of my anti-***** toolkit. On one occasion I took two drops in a day and this caused my face to flush and my sleep pattern was disrupted, so I will hold back on increasing the dosage. I am 65 and as I have not taken any medication (only homeopathy and nutritional supplements) since I was 18, I always take a quarter of a suggested dose of any product. In my view, those who treat themselves alternatively will know their body and take the appropriate dosage of Oxylift. I will be recommending it to my clients.

★★★★★ Grace C – Tuesday 5 January 2021

This is a must have for me. A great immune boost. Clears any ‘murkiness’ you may feel and blasts the cells with energy. My head feels clearer, ready to start the day!

★★★★★ Susan R – Tuesday 1 December 2020

I started a low dose of 3 drops per day of Oxylift, as I have an autoimmune disorder and am very cautious when trying new products. I am now taking 10 drops daily in water. I spread the dose through the day. My concern was swollen feet and fingers. I had previously taken another brand of capsules, with some of the same ingredients as Oxylift, with some effect. Results from Oxylift have bee very good with a marked reduction in swelling and puffiness. It is easy to take and , for me, very effective. The price is competitive and ordering/delivery easy.

Needless to say, I will be ordering more and have already recommended it to 2 friends. Thank you Finchley Clinic.

★★★★★ Boaz S – Friday 13 November 2020

One of the best cellfood type products out there. I used it for a few years, helping me a lot with to reduce my inhaler almost to not needed at all. Recommended.

★★★★★ Sally D – Thursday 24 September 2020

I have only been taking oxylift for a few weeks mainly to help immunity so results are hoped for but unknown. So far taking 3 drops twice a day and sometimes during the night of as I’ve noticed it alleviates symptoms of liver qi stagnation (Chinese medicine) and I can then relax and go back to sleep. It has an almost immediate effect on deepening my breathing. Very interesting. Thankyou Ed McCabe.

★★★★★ Lyndon D – Monday 17 August 2020

OxyLift is a great product. It gives extra energy to the system. I would recommend it.

Hayfever relief

As well their effect on controlling viruses and bacteria, it’s worth noting that the liquid oxygen products provide wonderful relief for hay fever at this time of the year for a lot of sufferers.

Oxygen Elements Max or Oxylift….Which one is better?

I can’t answer this question and they are similar to one another, but I have done my best to explain the differences here, where we also give people the chance to purchase both, with a discount, and let people decide for themselves. Please note, that if taking Vitamin C (in supplemental quantities, don’t worry about the amount in a fruit salad), please take it two hours or more away from either of these products for optimal benefits.

3. Maintain optimal levels of Vitamin D

I’ve written several times in the last year about the overwhelming benefits for general health, and viral protection that is offered to everyone by taking Vitamin D (in sufficient dosages – the 400iu being given by our glorious government for free to the elderly to “protect” them is completely USELESS where it comes to immune system support). We provide a few good ones, but the best seller is Vitamin D3 5,000iu with Vitamin K2, and this is the one I personally take. Here again are some recent customer comments on the product

★★★★★ Caroline S – Sunday 2 May 2021

I’ve been buying this vitamin d3 K2 supplement for 18 months now, the whole family use it even my youngest and we’ve gotten through two winter seasons with no flu or nasty viruses which is impressive as one of my kids is at school and tend to bring home everything! I even got my dad using it as he was really poorly, then a few weeks later he had blood tests results to say that in fact he had a serious vitamin d deficiency. (How many others have this deficiency now?) Surprisingly, the strength of vitamin d they prescribed him after was the same as this one! (5000) but the one they gave doesn’t have the vitamin k2 for the maximum absorption of vit d (especially needed for adults over 60) So this product still a winner and probably required all year round now as with all the mask wearing we’re getting even less sunlight. Reply from The Finchley Clinic re “the one they gave doesn’t have the vitamin k2 for the maximum absorption of vit d”. This is not the primary reason why it is important to take D3 with K2. The primary reason is to do with the appropriate deposition of calcium in the right tissues, after taking Vitamin D3. There are also lesser reasons, but this is the main one.

★★★★★ John B – Thursday 22 April 2021

This is a good combination of D3 with K2 and much better priced than buying each product separately. I take 1 tablet/day in summer when getting some sun and 2 tablets in winter. The combination with K2 ensures then any calcium freed up by the D3 is guided into the bones. My heart valves were getting blocked and to the complete surprise of my cardiologist they were completely freed up with this D3 K2 combination

★★★★★ Deborah B – Tuesday 6 April 2021

This is a great product! My partner has been taking it for a few weeks now, and already noticing a big difference in how he feels. He doesn’t normally like to take tablets as he sometimes has issues swallowing them, but these are no problem. Thank you for stocking such excellent products.

★★★★★ James H – Friday 2 April 2021

I have been using this for some time . My mum now uses as well , It is pleasant to take and effective. My mums Gp told her she didn’t need Vitamin D -just eat a balanced diet. I have had here taking for 2 years. The Gp has now changed his tune due to *****. better late than never . I would not be without. This formulation is excellent and benefits from K2 . It is not the cheapest- but trust me -you get what you pay for.

★★★★★ Lyndy B – Thursday 25 March 2021

A great product, offering the optimum Vitamin D protection in easy to take chewable form. I’ve even persuaded my 18 year old to take them! Recommended.

★★★★★ Michael M – Wednesday 3 March 2021

As the concept of using vitamin D in the Northern hemisphere is sound in the winter months, I started off taking 2x5000iu tablets for one week to build up my bodily count, then dropped down to one x 5000iu daily. This was started in March 2020. I have not been even been bothered with a cold since. The science about vitamin D recommends maintaining above 4000iu in your system to combat ***** viruses.

★★★★★ Saddat A – Sunday 28 February 2021

Tastes great and children love it. Just ordered again as it’s a superb product.

★★★★★ CHRISTINE B – Thursday 4 February 2021

I have only been taking these Vitamins for a few weeks and they have made a great difference. Many thanks.

★★★★★ Giulietta C – Friday 29 January 2021

Having decided to take the general advice about ***** and the benefits of vitamin D3, I followed the advice on your website about this particular product which includes 90mg Vitamin K2. I knew nothing about this vitamin but assumed it played a positive role in absorbing D3. To my astonishment, within about 2 days, possibly 3, I felt the effects. I am guessing I was lacking in both ( despite living in the sunny climate of the south of France!) for it to have had such an impact! Maybe it was the vitamin K2? I can’t speak for whether it will protect me from ***** as happily I haven’t been touched by it as yet, but after 10 years of steady hair loss, I have almost over night seen my hair not only stop falling out, but full of shine and bounce! Everyone is commenting so I am not imagining it. In fact I just look very well on it all round! I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to stay in good health, especially women with hair loss problems, with the benefit of hopefully protecting oneself from the threat of ***** related symptoms. Sort of a win win situation. I will be buying it again.

★★★★★ Sharon C – Wednesday 20 January 2021

I have a history of low vit D for at least 10 years. I have previously been on Cholecalciferol which was prescribed by the GP. My gp stopped the prescription in 2015 when the levels were raised to 81. However, in 2018 it dropped back to 34. Last year when my levels were 74 i bought this product to raise my levels and support me over the winter. I am nearly finished my first bottle and stopped taking it for 4 days before my blood test. My results are back and my VIT D is 121 which is the highest it has ever been. I will definitely continue with this product as it helping me to obtain a health Vit D level over the winter months.

★★★★★ Sharon J – Wednesday 25 November 2020

I have been taking Vitamin D3 5000iu with Vitamin K2 for over a month and about to re-order. I feel better after taking these tablets and am aware that they have been mentioned in several reviews as a good supplement to take to help the body’s immune system during the current ***** crisis. I have been using the Finchley Clinic for years and have been impressed with the service they provide and information given when I have asked about any particular product. Mark gives a straight forward point of view based on evidence and years of experience and has an extensive knowledge of the latest research.

4. Take herbal anti virals and immune builders.

There are many choices here. Although they don’t have fancy and pretty labels as they are our own ‘artisan’ products, and not especially big sellers (because customers don’t realise how good they are) two of my favourites are Galangal Formula (anti-viral) consisting of Galangal, Oregano, Guarana, Korean ginseng, Thyme, Maca, Cayenne, and Lemon balm. and Camu Formula (immune rejuvenation) consisting of Korean ginseng, Wheatgrass, Ginger, Brazilian ginseng, Licorice, Elderberry, Thyme, and Camu. Two of the herbs you’ll notice are found in both formulations.

Another product I really like, and don’t give enough attention to telling people about is Olive Leaf Extract

So…from the highly recommended book “Olive Leaf Extract….Potent Antibacterial, Antiviral, Antifungal Agent” by Jack Richardson. ISBN 1 86512 095 5.

The following is a summarised list of this potent botanical’s apparent health benefits:

  • Effective inhibition and prevention of infection by wide range of pathological microbes, including viruses, bacteria, retroviruses, fungi, parasites, yeasts, and moulds.
  • The enhancement of elasticity of arteries, which improves blood flow, reduces high blood pressure, and prevents the progression of other forms of heart disease.
  • The relief of inflammation related to arthritis, especially rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Improvement in symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and related disorders.
  • Ability to fight free radical production.
  • Prevention and treatment of many types of viral infections, including the herpes viruses, most influenza and common cold viruses, Epstein-Barr viruses, the HIV virus, the cytomegalovirus, and others.
  • Eradication of candidiasis and associated yeast syndromes.
  • Effective eradication of a variety of parasites, from microscopic protozoa to intestinal worms.
  • Enhancement of energy production in the body.
  • Relief from toothaches, painful haemorrhoids, athlete’s foot, mycotic nails, and various other annoying conditions.

There is a lot more to learn in the book about the various problems it is said to help (such as chronic fatigue). But amongst other things, it states that olive leaf extract “has been shown to be effective against candida albicans, candida krusei, oral candidiasis, vaginitis (thush) yeast syndrome, giardia, pinwroms, tapeworms, ringworm, protozoa and many others. Besides the clinic research that demonstrates that olive leaf extract is effective against fungal and yeast infections, there is a wealth of data from personal case histories of individuals using it for similar purposes”.

There are a lot of Olive Leaf Extract products out there, with varying qualities. But trust us, our one is the best one you will find. As one customer kindly wrote…”A truly brilliant product. I was so ill with what the doctors concluded was Fibromyalgia, that I was struggling to function and work. I read the book by Morton Walker, and at the time you were one of the few companies that stocked the product and it was life changing. I have tried other brands when you have been out of stock, but I found them to be ineffective in comparison. My mother has also taken it on my strong recommendation for the past 5 years.  She is 82, fit as a fiddle and as active as someone half her age.”

That’s it for now. so until next time, may the force be with you

Vitamin c and infectious disease

“We’re dealing with doctors who value their way of doing things more than their patients lives. I’m not saying all of them, but they ain’t angels. I consider there to be more politics in medicine than there is in politics, which is as sad a statement as I could possibly make” ~ Dr Thomas Levy, cardiologist, in a lecture on the benefits of Vitamin C.

Coincidentally, I was in my local health food shop over the weekend, and a lady came over to stroke a friend’s dog who I am looking after for a few days. We got chatting and she told me she was a surgeon who had been in a three year battle with the GMC (General Medical Council) and eventually decided to stop practicing as a doctor, as they made her life impossible. She then went on to talk about how much corruption there was in medicine. I won’t go into all the details of our conversation here, but what I do want to mention is that she then said almost the same precise words as Dr Levy, quoted above in relation to politics in medicine. She then went on to describe how many doctors privately disagreed with the “accepted” mainstream medical model in all sorts of areas, but were unwilling to sacrifice their careers for their principles and beliefs or their reservations about the guidelines and schedules they are required to follow. It’s a brave thing for any doctor to give up their reputation, career and livelihood after so many years training, to follow their true beliefs on health, and perhaps it’s not my place to judge those that keep their real opinions to themselves. I know the doctor I met is not alone because several such doctors (most of them are customers who read my newsletters) have written to me privately over the last 12 months telling me their real opinions, which if expressed publicly would cause them to lose their jobs. The lady I met was one of those who was not willing to “keep shtoom”. Dr Levy, who I am now coming to, is another one of those brave doctors. Fortunately he did not stop practising medicine, but as I understand it, he has changed direction.

Vitamin C and Infectious Diseases

There are quite a few massive health stories out there, which the media isn’t telling you – well at least not the mainstream media. Why not? Well, I am not going down that rabbit hole today. I’ve covered that one before. Today I am talking about the real story of Vitamin C.

It must be about 15 years since I read the book Curing the Incurable: Vitamin C, Infectious Diseases, and Toxins by Dr Thomas Levy, the doctor referred to above, which simply blew me away. Here was a book, nearly five hundred pages, meticulously citing hundreds upon hundreds of papers of published medical literature on how vitamin C is, as Dr Levy put it, “an absolute anti-viral” and is in fact incredibly beneficial for helping with all forms of microbial infection. The dosages needed may be high. Six grams daily is probably a realistic starting point when taking it orally for serious or acute infection. One to three grams a day is a nice robust dosage for general health and illness prevention. And it may be necessary to bring out the big guns, and use direct IV (intravenous) vitamin C, which we provide at my sister company Health Fusion Clinic

In addition to what he sets out in relation to the treatment of infectious disease, Dr Levy cites all the proof you need for Vitamin C’s role as a vital detoxifying agent, it’s role in reducing heavy metal toxicity in the body, its role in treating and preventing inflammation and numerous other determinants of health.

And what has mainstream medicine done about this, despite irrefutable medical proof? In general, virtually nothing. This is occurring primarily because Vitamin C doesn’t make the vested interests that control the medical profession their sickening multi billion pound profits. If there was a big enough profit in it, you can bet your bottom dollar, things would be very, very different.

Regarding the truth about vitamin C and infectious disease, I’m weary of repeating myself so this time I am going to let YouTube do the talking. I am sure many of you are aware that YouTube, owned by Google, ruthlessly censors almost anything that conflicts with the mainstream narrative on health, or punishes the publisher by putting certain videos so long on their algorithm that they are close to impossible to find. But where it comes to Vitamin C, one video that so far has survived, is the one entitled “Dr. Thomas E. Levy – Vitamin C The Ultimate Antibiotic“. It’s quite brilliant! It would have been better if it would have been named more accurately  Vitamin C The Ultimate Antimicrobial” rather than “antibiotic” since he actually talks more about viruses than bacteria, but you get the jist from the name anyway. In my view, watching this video can save lives, starting with your own! I have little more to endorse it than to say that. Or better still, buy the book mentioned above. We don’t sell it, but you can pick it up quite easily.

Dr Levy is particularly into Liposomal Vitamin C, which has become very popular in recent years, due to its superior absorption over traditional vitamin C products. But for those on a budget, any form of vitamin C is far better than nothing. There is a full list of Vitamin C products we provide here.

Why am I sending this newsletter?

When I finished my last newsletter, I swore this was going to be my last newsletter for a while on viral illness etc. If you don’t know by now what my thoughts are, you will never will. But Dr Levy expresses himself so eloquently that I decided everyone should be offered the chance to listen to what he has to say. Listen to him….he may save your life!

On a separate note….

Petition: Do not rollout COVID-19 vaccine passports

“We want the Government to commit to not rolling out any e-vaccination status/immunity passport to the British public. Such passports could be used to restrict the rights of people who have refused a COVID-19 vaccine, which would be unacceptable.”

If you agree with me that people should be free of coercion in order to be permitted to travel, I recommend following the link to sign the above petition. I am of course aware of the fact that foreign countries may impose their own rules when entering their countries, and there is little we can do to prevent this. But personally, I am opposed to making people subject themselves to a new / experimental medical procedure (or now that I think about it, any medical procedure, new or otherwise) against their will in order to be allowed to travel. It’s unethical, and it clearly breaches UNESCO guidelines and the Nuremberg code on forced medical procedures. Well that’s my view anyway, doubtless there will be others who do not agree, and we will probably get one or two aggressive and abusive emails after this newsletter from people who believe anyone who disagrees with themselves should be censored / no-platformed, vilified and the like.

With best wishes

Do people who do not wear masks really “have blood on their hands”?

This was the claim made by a doctor on Sky News on January 2nd. I decided after hearing this rather bold claim to investigate whether it seemed to have any merit. The first thing I will say is that knowledge about the benefits or otherwise of mask wearing  is not a medical expertise, it’s a health and safety expertise. The SPECIFIC area of expertise that covers this subject are people qualified in the area known as “Occupational and environmental health toxicology”.  The expertise is a highly specialised area. Doctors are not trained to have any more expertise on this question than you or me, no matter how clean-cut, impressive and articulate they may appear when standing in their white coat of authority. So when I look for advice and information about whether wearing a snot filled bit of cotton covering (well let’s face it, actually blocking) my air passages, causing hypoxia and hypercapnia is actually going to make me healthier or unhealthier, or provide any protection against an illness, these are the people I am going to get my advice from. Not from some witless doctor on Sky News who has no more qualification on the subject than myself. So I sought, and I found.

And here it is….Mask Whisteblowers Tell All – with two occupational health safety professionals who are in fact trained to know about these things. I do hope you will take the time to watch this video prior to forming a fixed opinion. I share it for good reason.

Traditionally of course, masks were worn to prevent bacterial infection in surgical situations. They were never designed to prevent viral infections. This is primarily because they don’t.

But whoa….maybe even the experts shown in the video above are wrong, and I am fool to have any faith in them. Experts aren’t always right. So I decided to look into this in more depth for myself using the OurWorldInData.org web site. I began by looking at the date on which the geniuses who run our country made us start wearing airway and oxygen blocking rags over our faces. July 24th 2020. Here was the situation at the time….

And here is what happened after wearing an environmentally catastrophic rag over your face became compulsory up to the date in question…

Does this look like a policy that is working to you? Do you need to be Einstein to conclude that this does not look like a policy that has much value, perhaps has no value at all, and that maverick doctors like retired G.P. Dr Vernon Coleman and quite a few others may be right in thinking this policy is not merely ineffective but downright harmful? (And is it not interesting that the doctors who do speak out are often retired? Is it because they have dementia, or is it because they are finally free to speak their minds because they cannot lose their jobs?). Have you noticed the disgusting damage to the environment where you live? Let’s not even discuss the number that will end up in the oceans of the world and the detrimental effect they will have there.

Should you break the law and refuse to wear a mark?

Personally, I am wearing a worthless and probably harmful piece of irritating cotton over my face when I go shopping – though reluctantly and with huge resentment. I am utterly sick of being told what to do by other people, but I cannot reccomend people to break the rules.

“Covid denial”

Most of my readers know that I disagree with pretty much every aspect of public policy concerning the handling of COVID-19. I have had a few people (minimal admittedly) contact me to tell me to shut up, and that I do not have a right to express my opinion. Some have said I am a “Covid deniar” – a horrid phrase, which willfuilly and frivolously paraphrases the term “holocaust deniar” referencing the appalling murder of millions of people from one religion, in an attempt to censor those who do not agree with public policy. In fact quite a large number of my friends have had the Covid virus, with varying degrees of severity, so the only thing I “deny” is the wisdom of public health policy. This is because it’s not a health policy, its an illness policy, and not one I agree with. One person wrote to me to inform me that I am an “Idjit”, which I can only assume is the name of a member of an obscure native American tribe, which is also, I am afraid, erroneous. And others have said that I am a “conspiracy theorist”, which seems to refer to more or less anyone who may have the temerity to disagree with government policy or the philosophy of most (but not all) medical doctors that inform that policy, and I should therefore be censored, no-platformed and so on. Well, sorry guys, but I am not going to go away, though if you hate my newsletters obviously you have every right to hit the unsubscribe button and this will end the torture for good and you can remain in blissful denial of the possibility of anyone but yourself even potentially having a valid opinion, worthy of discussion.

Where it comes to placing rags on our faces, I think the evidence above combined with the Mask Whisteblowers Tell All video will be enough to at least sow a degree doubt into the minds of anyone who thinks rationally. Others have the right to disagree with me, and I have no objection to rational, calm disagreement.

Either way, I will never change my view, which is that that the best way of promoting health is to promote wellness rather than fight illness. Wearing a rag over your airways, impairing proper oxygenation of the body is not a step which predisposes a person towards better health. Here are some steps that in my opinion, do…

1. Oxygen Elements Max or Oxylift

I mentioned the uselsss face rags which cause hypoxia (improper oxygenation, because you can’t breathe properly). Oxygen Elements Max and Oxylift are similar products, both designed to create an oxygenating reaction in the body via a rather complex enzymic reaction that they set off in the body. Where it comes to harmful microorganisms below are the results of some tests carried out on Oxylift soon after it was launched, which the supplier was kind enough to share with me at the time, against a range of microbes that we would be best off not having in our bodies. I’m no microbiologist but you don’t have to be to see that appears to show that it killed all of the microorganisms tested by the 7th day, with no regrowth detected by the 14th day.

As these are amongst our most popular products, and we have sold them for many years, we have built up quite a lot of positive customer reviews over the years, which you can view on the website for yourself for inspiration. People often report that these products alone make flus and colds a thing of the past, not to mention give them a tremendous energy boost.

2. Keep some naturally healthy herbal antivirals / immune boosters in stock, which in our experience have no harmful side effects

Galangal Formula – formulated to prevent viruses. In times of urgent need you can ignore the label dosage and take 4 capsules 3 x per day.

Camu Formula – formulated to boost immunity. In times of urgent need you can ignore the label dosage and take 4 capsules 3 x per day.

“These formulae have been developed because we were dissatisfied with currently available products. Using our test system (Vega Biokinesiology), we find that single herbs “power score” (a measure of efficacy) 5-20, currently available herbal formulae power score 15-30, and our formulae power score 35-50. We therefore believe that our formulae are up to three times more effective than existing herbal formulae. The herbs used in our formulae have been selected purely empirically, without recourse to the literature. For each formula we screen hundreds of herbs and then having made the initial choice we test for antagonism, synergism, allergenicity and tolerability before we decide on the final selection. In all we conduct around three thousand separate tests for each formula.”

Other anti-viral botanicals you might like to consider include herbs like Cat’s ClawPau d’ArcoOregano Oil, and Gingko Biloba.

3. Vitamin C – Come on guys, surely you all know about this already by now! If you don’t you really aren’t trying! The best selling one we provide, on which we also get consistently good feedback is this one. Cheap, effective, with a lot of very positive customer reviews. Vitamin C is described by cardiologist Dr Thomas Levy as “an absolute anti-viral”, as have many others before him.

4. Vitamin D – In worthwhile dosages of 5,000 iu per day, preferably with Vitamin K2 – not the completely useless dosages recommended by the government which will have no effect whatsoever on immunity. I’ve covered this subject many times over the last year in depth, so I am not going to keep repeating the same thing. But cutting a long story short, the people who die of Covid-19 are nearly always vitamin D deficient, and just supplementing with this alone (in serious dosages) will make an astonishing difference to viral disease outcomes, in a profoundly positive way.

I’m not suggesting here that this is the be all and end all, but there is a limit to how much information I can squeeze into one newsletter. So go and do your own research as there are countless food supplements that improve your health and ward off harmful microorganisms. I’m getting bored of writing newsletters about viruses, and I intend to make this the last one on this subject for a while, but I have been intending to cover the obvious stupidity and worthlessness of wearing snotty rags over our faces in order to make us healthy, rather than taking steps that genuinely make us healthy, and support immunity and viral resistence for the last six months. Hopefully you will appreciate that living in a socially distanced bubble, staying indoors lying on the sofa watching TV, reducing social contact (since when did giving someone a hug weaken our immune systems, given that every study ever conducted on hugging has said the exact opposite), and wearing rags over our airways is not the right approach to building robust, powerful, youthful immunity.

Have a good weekend

Vaccine Manufacturers : Incredibly nice, honest people, who only want the best for you.

Should you get vaccinated?

I cannot answer that question for you, whether we are talking about the new one coming for the infamous virus of the day or for any other micro-organism. This is a personal choice, that you have to make for yourself, and your health. However in my opinion you should give informed consent before having any medical procedure whatsoever, and I seriously question how informed that consent is in the vast majority of cases, where it comes to virtually all vaccinations both for adults and children. But if you then feel it is the right thing for you, you should totally proceed with that vaccination or any other procedure being offered to you or your children. However as my own little gift towards your informed consent, let’s open the box and have a look inside where it comes to the conduct of the multinational pharmaceutical companies who manufacture these lovely vaccines. Let’s see whether they are the kind of guys you would want to trust where it comes to ramming weird, artificial, chemicals with unpronouncable names, and foreign and genetically modified DNA directly into your bloodstream.

First, the good news. Those super nice and caring people from Glaxo-SmithKline, AstraZenieca and Pfizer all want to stick a new untested vaccine into your bloodstream, and are nearly ready to do so, from which they will earn a vast sum of money – an amount that exceeds the yearly budget of a small country. Obviously their desire to do this is entirely self sacrificing, and purely for the sake of world peace and universal happiness. The rest of this newsletter contains lots of “irrespsonsible misinformation” that will reassure you of this. In reality, all the “irrespsonsible misinformation” below, all of which is fully sourced, is being share with you because I am an evil anti-vaxxer, intending to promote misinformation and falsehoods….by telling the truth.

Glaxo-SmithKline (GSK)

In 2012 Glaxo-SmithKline were fined $3 billion US dollars for making false claims, fraud, failure to disclose safety data, and bribing doctors in relation to the drugs Avandia (not providing safety data), Wellbutrin, Paxil, Advair, Lamictal, Zofran, Imitrex, Lotronex, Flovent, and Valtrex. Yes you read that correctly folks, $3 billion!

Source: https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/glaxosmithkline-plead-guilty-and-pay-3-billion-resolve-fraud-allegations-and-failure-report

In 2010 they received a $750 million US dollar fine for poor manufacturing practices and making false claims concerning the following drugs Kytril/Bactroban/PaxilCR/ and Avandamet.

Source https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/glaxosmithkline-plead-guilty-pay-750-million-resolve-criminal-and-civil-liability-regarding

If you follow this link, you can see all the fines GSK have received in the USA alone since the start of the century, the total thus far coming to $5,074,108,899. The fines ranged from being for medical equipment safety violations, environmental violations, false claims (and these are the people who say that people like me are the ones spreading misinformation. It’s a funny old world!), kickbacks, bribery, unapproved promotion of medical products, price fixing, anti-competetive practises and wage and hour violations (whatever that means).

In the UK fewer than 8% of criminal offences lead to a suspect being charged or ordered to appear in court. Assuming its about the same for most crime in most Western countries, this means that the fines below may well represent under 8% of the total number of crimes GSK have committed, just in one country! Yay for them! I have not had the time to find the equivalent data for the UK and  / or EU, but I think you’ll get the jist, and will all love these guys even more than you did already.

AstraZeneca

AstraZenieca are another vaccine manuafactuere, and they just as nice, and cuddly. This is proven by the way in which in 2003 they were fined $355 million for fraud and bribery. However because they are so charitable, they decided to deliberately get themselves fined even more –  $520 million in 2010 for bribery and making false claims.

Source https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/pharmaceutical-giant-astrazeneca-pay-520-million-label-drug-marketing

The total value of their US fines in the last 20 years, was “only”  $1,440,868,277, so based on the size of the fines, they are approximately two thirds nicer than GSK. You can find the full list here. The offences were for consumer protection violations, employment discrimination, environmental violations, false claims, kickbacks, bribery, and the unapproved promotion of medical products. I am sure that in all cases it was just a little misunderstanding, and no harm was meant.

Pfizer

Pfizer are all sweet and lovable too. That’s why they were fined £2.3 billion in 2009 for fraud and bribery in relation to the drugs Bextra/Geodon/ Zyvox/Lyrica

Source: https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/usao-ma/legacy/2012/10/09/Pfizer%20-%20PR%20%28Final%29.pdf

They were in the news again in 2004, when they only got fined $430 million for fraud in this case https://www.justice.gov/archive/opa/pr/2004/May/04_civ_322.htm

Pfizer were also in the news in the UK when they were fined record £84.2m over NHS overcharging.

Source: https://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/dec/07/pfizer-fined-nhs-anti-epilepsy-drug-cma

The total value of all fines in the USA in the last 20 years against Pfizer, is….wait for it….$6,057,398,151.  In total they ended up being fined 80 times.  Remember this is just in one country alone! Twenty four of these violations were for false claims about their products. Despite their history of lying, there is obviously no chance whatsoever that their claim that their latest vaccine is “90% effective” could be a false claim because as you can see, Pfizer never make false claims. It’s only people like me, who spread “misinformation” who make false claims.  In fact I am sure you will conclude, as I have, that if they were used car salesmen, these are the first and only company you would want to do business with. You can find the details of the £6 billion of fines here

Pfizer in Africa

Pfizer have been equally kind and generous in Africa too as the BBC Reported (when, for once in their lives, they decided not to follow the “drug companies are wonderful” narrative)…

US-based pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has made the first compensation payment to Nigerian families affected by a controversial drug trial 15 years ago.

It paid $175,000 (£108,000) each to four families in the first of a series of payments it is expected to make. The payouts are part of an out-of-court settlement reached in 2009. In 1996, 11 children died and dozens were left disabled after Pfizer gave them the experimental anti-meningitis drug, Trovan. The payouts were made to the parents of four of the children who died. Their parents told the BBC they welcomed the payment, but it would not replace the loss of their loved ones.

Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-14493277

Unfortunately, it seems the BBC massively under reported this, for example the way that Pfizer attempted to bribe their way out of this one, as reported here: https://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2010/12/did-pfizer-bribe-its-way-out-of-criminal-charges-in-nigeria/68495/. Had they not been partly successful in the bribery, the fines and payouts would have been a lot higher.

My conclusion

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to have almost any vaccination manufactured by these guys. I trust them entirely. Even if they lie, get caught lying, and admit they were lying, I’ll know they were telling the truth really. So when any of these drug companies or their representatives tell us that their vaccine is safe, effective and will provide 95% “protection” from an illness, I will be first in line to receive their “protection”. I hope you will all join me. I also hope that like most vaccines, they are laced with toxic adjuvants (in other words irritants) such as formaledhyde, aluminum, mercury, polysorbate80, monosodium glutamate, and common allergens such as peanut and castor oil like all other vaccines. In fact I’ll be hoping they give me a double dose because I’ve been a good boy, and spent this year wearing an ineffective and hypoxia inducing mask wherever I go. I’ve been going the extra mile. Just in case my mask should get contaminated, I’ve been wearing a mask over my mask, to protect my mask. I decided I can’t be too careful, so I wear my mask in bed, and I wear it in the shower.  This is the way to protect my immune system from any disease for which their isn’t a toxic vaccination to protect me. In fact its amazing that the human species didn’t actually evolve with a useless bit of cotton over our faces to give us the protection we needed. It’s obviously essential for our survival. I don’t waste my time with useless, inexpensive healthy nutrients, which countless studies have been shown to help raise immunity and contribute to preventing viral replication. I just stick of bit of cotton over my face, even though a virus particle can and will pass through it easily.

Health Misinformation From Mark Lester

Apart from eating a healthy diet, here are some some examples of nutrients you should all strictly avoid, just in case they make you so healthy that it would make a toxic experiemental vaccination full of foreign DNA, for which we won’t know the full consequences for a generation, being shoved straight into your bloodstream become pointless.

Vitamin C (as discussed in previous newsletters, there are literally thousands of medical papers, all of which are obviously “misinformation”, on vitamin C’s role in protecting you where it comes to communicable diseases. Anyone with a computer and internet access these days can find this “misinformation” very easily, or read the various books, written by doctors and scientists that are out there).

Vitamin D (best and safest results when using long term combined with Vitamin K2)

Selenium

Zinc (which when combined with hydroxychloroquine was curing early stage COVID19 infections very quickly, until the various authorities prevented the brave doctors who were using it, and getting consistently good results, from continuing their work in order to protect pharmaceutical profits. The doctors who were doing so, all got censored on almost all broadcasting and social media platforms, but you can still find them on bitchute and brandnewtube with a bit of determination).

Any good ‘all in one’ antioxidant formula, such as Antioxidant Supreme

Here is some some further harmful misinformation listing a few herbs and / or polyherbal remedies which may help deter viral diseases – so you better not take them either. Have a rushed out, experimental vaccinaton instead – you know it makes sense. Just like the swine flu vaccination, which was rushed out, and went on to ruin at least some people’s lives, prior to the the drug companies and regulatory authorities then doing everything they could to cover it up a decade or so ago.

Oregatrex (too strong and aggressive for a few of the more sensitive people)

Galangal Formula (gentle, yet powerful)

Camu Formula (actually developed to help maintain healthy immunity)

Olive Leaf Extract

Samento (TOA Free Ca’s Claw), or Cat’s Claw itself.

We also strongly recommend you to avoid Oxygen Elements Max and Oxylift. For the last 20 years, I have been “misinforming” customers that since taking these products, along with most of the others above,  I virtually never get colds or flus any more. Of course I am actually lying. The real I don’t get them is because I wear a mask, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, do not kiss or shake hands with people, and just to be sure, I now avoid eye contact with them, just in case my eyes receive germs laser beamed over from their eyes to my eyes, like some kind of Star Trek thing. The second reason is because I never get my body exposed to that warm, yellow thing in the sky, as it feels nice and healthy, which proves it must be unhealthy. And the third reason is because I socially distance. I’ve recently realised that the social distancing is still a bit risky, so I decided to stop having any human contact. I’ve decided that communicating on the telephone is also a bad idea, because if I don’t practice verbal distancing too, other people may send their germs down the phone.

My Advice

My advice is don’t ever take my advice on health and nutrition. Take it instead from a bunch of white collar criminals from the aforementioned drug companies, who have amassed eye watering levels of fines for committing very serious offences. You should also pay particular attention to the UK’s Chief Scientific Adviser Patrick Vallance because he knows what he’s talking about. That’s why he has £600,000 of shares in vaccine maker GSK*, who I discussed above. I mean you’ve got to trust a guy like that. Just because a bloke has got £600,000 of shares in a company, he clearly has no conflict of interests whatsoever in sticking a very profitable, rushed out, basically experimental vaccine into your bloodstream manufactured by that company, and would have no vested interested in scaremongering you into having their vaccination. Who could even think a man was capable of such a thing?

* Source: https://metro.co.uk/2020/09/24/uks-chief-scientific-adviser-patrick-vallance-has-600000-of-shares-in-vaccine-maker-gsk-13321944/?ito=cbshare (actually it was reported in quite a few newspapers).

Vitamin D & Vitamin C and Coronavirus

Since the Covid-19 epidemic started multiple studies have repeatedly shown a link to Vitamin D deficiency yet when Matt Hancock was asked about it he WRONGLY said a British study had found the opposite. Is he ignorant or incompetent?

These aren’t our words. It’s a headline, from an article published in The Daily Mail found here. There was a similar article in The Daily Telegraph and in other newspapers within the last few days.

I don’t disagree with the headline above, but sadly, I think it’s more sinister than “ignorance” or “incompetence” – not that I rule out a good dollop of stupidity and ineptitude too. I think this is all about protecting vested interests. You know who I’m talking about. I’m not going to spell it out, as I do not believe anyone is so thick as to not know which organisations I am talking about, but I will state they are large companies, who have no genuine interest whatsoever in public health who will do literally anything to ensure they trade with maximum profit, and minimal accountability, including produce fake studies if that’s what it takes. A perfect example was the fake study showing that hydroxychloroquine was “dangerous” even though nobody has noticed it was “dangerous” for 70 years until it posed a threat to those vested interests. I’ve discussed this in previous newsletters, so I’m not going over that one again. This week it was reported in the newspapers that the Chief Scientific Officer, Patrick Vallance has £600,000 of shares in one of these nice cuddly companies. The Chief Medical Officer, Professor Chris Witty used to work for one of them. Probably still has a few mates there wouldn’t you think? Well call me Mr Conspiracy Theory if you want, but isn’t this at least a bit dodgy? Isn’t there something of a conflict of interest here? And these are the two primary men who advise Boris. There are authoratative virologists, biomedical scientists and doctors who do not agree with Witty and Vallance, who do not have such conflicts of interests. We aren’t talking about one or two eccentrics. Here is a statement signed off on by hundreds of doctors and medical scientists putting forward a different point of view. Why aren’t Boris and Hancock listening to them too?

Those that have the time will doubtless read the entire article cited above. I’m just going to copy what I regard as the most critical bit here…

A mountain of studies have found an overwhelming amount of people who test positive for Covid-19 do not have enough vitamin D in their bodies and the sickest of patients are often deficient. Scientists have not yet been able to pin down whether the nutrient deficiency is making people more vulnerable to the disease or whether becoming unwell causes vitamin D levels to crash.

But vitamin D supplements are safe, cheap and readily available – costing as little as 6p a pill and sold in most pharmacies, supermarkets and health shops – which has left experts baffled as to why Mr Hancock would be so quick to dismiss them.

Two leading leading doctors told MailOnline that politicians and scientists were so hellbent on getting a vaccine – the Government has pumped hundreds of millions into jab development projects – that they had overlooked the potential of vitamin D and boosting people’s immune systems, which they say is a far less glamorous option.

I’ve been through this before of course, but here is the essence of it again…

Vitamin D – The Life Saving Immune Supporter – Strengthening Our Bodies Against ALL Viral Illness.

Here I want to acknowledge the wonderful Vlogger Ivor Cummins and refer people to his YouTube video found here. This video discusses the study, which I am sure you won’t be seeing on BBC News showing that those who’s Vitamin D level was below 10ng/ml were 10.1 x more likely to die from the virus than those who’s blood level was about 30ng/ml. (note: ng/ml – nanograms per millimeter of blood. In the UK its measured in nmol/L instead, which can be a bit confusing as this gives a figure which at first glance looks 2.5 x higher than ng/ml).

What’s interesting is that even this study misses an important point. The optimal level is not 30ng/ml. Iregard that as the minimum acceptable level. The optimal level is about 60ng/ml. How do we know this? It’s pretty easy really. Basically when we manage to get as much of our bodies as possible in the sun regularly (without burning), and when the sun is at an angle of above a minimum of 30 degrees to the earth (in the UK we have this for 8 months of the year, but only for a brief period of the day during the transition months of October and March) weakest sun months of that time), and 40 degrees for dark skinned people, we get up to 60-80ng within a couple of weeks. It never goes much above or below that no matter how much time we spend in the sun. And that’s the optimal level at 50 or more rather than the barely enough level of 30. Had the study been based on the optimal amount, not the minimum amount, one can only assume it would not be a 10.1 x higher risk for death. The difference would be far more impressive! You can see the risk of death from Coronavirus in visual terms to the left (this is a screen shot from the highly recommended aforementioned YouTube video) plotting the risk of death against vitamin D status. You don’t need to be a Professor of statistics to understand it.

Regarding what I regard as the utter, utter drivel around the R number I also highly recommend this short video found here.

Vitamin D Supplements

In my opinion if you can’t get in the sun, then you should supplement with Vitamin D, every day that you don’t get in the sun for some non-burning tanning time without splashing on toxic sunscreens that block UBV. Of the different Vitamin D products we provide, my favourite one, and indeed the one I take, is this one. High strength 5000iu, not the PATHETIC dosage recommended by the mainstream, which is almost useless. Suitable for sublingual absorption or chewing. And it comes with the added advantage of containing Vitamin K2, which ideally should always be combined with Vitamin D. This will be subject of another newsletter as the K2 has tremdendous benefits of its own for immunity, arterial health and much more besides. Recommended usage: One a day every day except on days when your body has had or is going to get enough sun.

Another excellent choice is Liposomal Vitamin D3/K2which is the one to go for if you prefer a liquid to the sublingual tablet. For those who want a lower strength Vitamin D product, we provide several others choices

Vitamin C and “the virus”.

Now, lets discuss, that most famous of of all natural antivirals – Vitamin C. People have already been cured, yes I did say “cured” of coronavirus with Vitamin C. I admit the doctors who have reported this have been using IV (intravenous) Vitamin C, but oral supplements are still very effective. In Shanghai Dr Richard Cheng led the way, and at one time there were numerous reports found on the internet and YouTube detailing the results of his work with patients including several interviews with him, and several more reported on by the likes Dr Andrew Saul M.D. (who had an interview with him removed by YouTube for violating their community guidelines, in other words tell the truth as an experienced doctor who was actually treating people) and Dr Joeseph Mercola. Doctors in one group of New York hospitals also got positive results, even though the dosages they were using were dreadfully low. Unfortunately these results came into conflict with Google’s advertising revenues from the nice people I mentioned above who care so deeply about you. Nonetheless if you’re determined enough you can still find it on alternative platforms if you look around.

In reality, Vitamin C has become so well known since the publication of the book “Vitamin C and the Common Cold” by Linus Pauling in the early 70’s, and countless books since then, such as the 500 page, fully referenced “Curing the Incurable: Vitamin C, Infectious Diseases, and Toxins” by Thomas E. Levy, M.D., J.D. summarising literally hundreds of published peer reviewed scientific and medical papers that it seems pretty amazing that there is even a debate about the remarkable health benefits of this critical detoxifying, antioxidant, anti aging, collagen building, immune building, anti viral, and general infection fighting vitamin. Countless papers and other books have been published demonstrating the health benefits and safety of supplementing ones diet with Vitamin C even beyond these books. Even though they have totally lost this argument, some people (maybe Matt Hancock should join them) are still arguing over whether Vitamin C supplementation enhances health, and frankly, we think it’s ridiculous (not to mention ignorant, since it’s incredibly easy these days to find the information proving otherwise). The same is true of supplementation of many other nutrients, but ‘Vitamin C scepticism’ if we can call it that, is especially silly where it comes to its undoubted and many times proven antiviral properties. It really is time that nutrition ‘sceptics’ and people with obvious vested interests engage in a more intelligent debate than arguing over the benefits of Vitamin C, which are obvious, incontrovertible, and proven.

For those who are hungry for evidence of Vitamin C’s anti viral and antimicrobial benefits, I recomend listening to cardiologist, Dr Thomas Levy. The YouTube video entitled Vitamin C The Ultimate Antibiotic, is found here which in my opinion is brilliant.

You can view all the Vitamin C products we provide here. The most popular one is this one, although the Liposomal Vitamin C products (better absorption, but significantly more expensive) are now not far behind. For an acute viral situation, we recommend a super high dose of 10-20g per day for 5-7 days at the first sign of trouble – with heavier people tending benefit from the upper dosage. For general health, I recommend around 2-3g per day, especially in winter months.

In Summary…

I am not stating that Vitamin D and Vitamin C are 100% guaranteed answers to anything. No one product is a guaranteed cure for anything by itself. But I am 100% sure that if we all supplemented even just with these two nutrients, the amount of suffering from viral illness would go down tremendously – I’m talking here about the occurrence, and most certainly the duration and severity.

For those who want to go a step further we recommend our anti viral herbal products such as Galangal Formula. This is a 7 herb formula, put together to help deter viremia, consisting of Galangal, Oregano, Guarana, Korean ginseng, Thyme, Maca, Cayenne, and Lemon balm.

Other anti viral products we provide include herbal products such as Oregatrex or Samento, nutrients which well prevent viral replication such as Zinc and Selenium or the “all in one” product Antioxidant Supreme,, and GlutathioneNAC (which amongst other things, produces glutathione), Colostrum and Camu Formula which support the immune system. Another product which does more or less all of the above, is Olive Leaf Extract. Just this week, I read an article entitled “The Effect of Olive Leaf Extract on Upper Respiratory Illness in High School Athletes: A Randomised Control Trial“, which showed excellent results, and frankly, with pretty feeble dosages! Had they used super dosages (I recommend 3 capules as much as 3 x per day for acute situations), the results would have been even better!

Virtually everyone can be prevented from becoming seriously ill from viral infection

I sincerely believe this statement. If you are taking your health seriously, there is more than enough ways to keep your immunity strong, so that viruses should not be a major concern. Wearing a worthless cloth over your face which causes hypoxia and hypercapnia, and keeping a mile away from other people is NOT the answer! Neither is poisoning your bloodstream with an untested, experimental “vaccination”. Doubtless a few people will write to me telling me that this opinion is “irresponsible”. My answer is don’t bother, if that’s what you think, my answer will be why aren’t you being responsible by taking care of, and having faith in your immune system? The answer is to take responsibility for your health and your immunity, not wearing bits of cloth over your face which are so porous that a virus (1/1000th the size of a bacteria) will travel through it like a fly would go through a tennis court net.

Be well, and may the force be with you

COVID19: And They Have The Cheek To Accuse US as being the one’s spreading “misinformation”

Usually I write newsletters to promote our products. Well this time, I’m damn angry!

Vitamin D: I am going to start this article with the genuine misinformation, ever influenced by vested interests, then we’ll get to the truth of the matter.

The UK Government agency tasked with undertaking a rapid evidence summary of vitamin D’s potential role in reducing the risks from Coronavirus has concluded that there is “no evidence to support taking vitamin D supplements to specifically prevent or treat COVID‑19″. The review was ordered by Public Health England in response to work by researchers suggesting that vitamin D may prime the body’s defences against Covid-19.  Researchers at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) reviewed five relevant observational studies (D’Avolio et al. 2020 , Hastie et al. 2020 , Ilie et al. 2020 , Laird et al. 2020  and Fasano et al. 2020), noting that none were intervention trials of vitamin D supplementation for the prevention or treatment of COVID‑19. The agency concluded that all five studies had a “high risk of bias because of “the very low quality of evidence”, and that no causal relationship could be established after adjustment for confounders such as comorbidity, socio-demographics, ethnicity, BMI and other baseline factors. A separate rapid review, conducted by the Scientific Advisory Commission on Nutrition (SACN), assessed evidence on vitamin D and acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs), although it did not look specifically at the effect of vitamin D supplementation on COVID-19 risk. This review also concluded that evidence currently does not support vitamin D supplementation to prevent ARTIs in the general UK population.

When I read this article reported on https://www.naturalproductsglobal.com/, more than one less than complimentary word was heard coming from my lips describing the thugs who compiled these “studies”.

They call themselves “Public Health England?”. They call themselves “The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence”? What a cheek! Perhaps they are reasonably knowledgeable on the subject of illness, but as far as I’m concerned they know next to nothing about wellness, and the advice they do provide on wellness is so awful as to be worse than keeping their mouths shut and not giving any advice at all.

Having given their organisations these fancy names which seem to border on fraud, they make pronouncements which in my opinion border somewhere between mass murder and a cavalier attitude towards avoidable death and suffering. Worse still for black people, the obese, and the elderly as all three groups absorb vitamin D very poorly compared with white, slimmer and younger people, and all three groups are considered “high risk”. It’s interesting though that if you go beyond the headline announcement, these so-called scientists “did not look specifically at the effect of vitamin D supplementation on COVID-19 risk”. So these people who can’t even be bothered to do their research properly (or if they do, choose not present the results with integrity) are the same people who claim that people like me and in fact countless integrated doctors who risk their careers to express their opinion and so on are the ones spreading “misinformation”. Well call me Mr “He’s Got A Good Analogy” but never has a house made of straw looked so strawey! (Yes, I invented a new word to get my point across).

Anyway, my advice / ‘ignorant misinformation’ will be to continue taking Vitamin D3 (with K2) both short and long term along with a number of additional immune system promoting nutrients, though admittedly there’s less acute need to take Vitamin D  supplements in the summer providing that you’re managing to get in the sun regularly. Now, let’s get to the truth, at least as I see it. In answer to what in my view is the borderline fraudulent “research” alluded to above, below is a re-publication of the newsletter I wrote on this subject just a few weeks ago. I have improved / re-written some of it for the sake of increased clarity.

Antioxidants for Viral protection

OK, so I am not saying Vitamin D, which I am coming onto in a moment is the be all and end all. So first a quick reminder, as discussed in previous newsletters that Vitamin C, zinc, and selenium are all vital for robust immunity and preventing viral replication. It’s great for all three of them to be taken in an all in one solution such as Antioxidant Supreme (finally back in stock, after we were completely wiped out at the beginning of the current crisis). Many other nutrients and herbs are being shown to be useful but that’s a subject for another day, and something I have covered quite a lot in previous newsletters. If of the nutrients mentioned so far, you were to insist that you were only willing to take one, then take Vitamin C, described by cardiologist and world expert on the subject, Dr Thomas Levy as “an absolute anti-viral”. Everyone should take it! I’d also like to mention that the products I am discussing in this article are not just to be taken when you’re feeling nervous that you might get a virus. As beneficial as this may be, this nonetheless is an almost trivial usage of nutritional products. These are lifestyle products, which will make you live a longer and healthier life when taken as part of your regular health programme. They should be taken daily, just as you might drink a cup of tea or coffee on a daily basis. I do, and will continue to do so for the rest of my life.

Vitamin D and Covid-19 – Even the orthodox “authorities” and mainstream media are waking up (a bit).

If I were to pick one further nutrient that is more essential than almost anything else, it has to be Vitamin D, and even mainstream medicine is catching up now with what I have been saying from day one of the current crisis. The evidence that’s emerging now for Vitamin D in relation to COVID-19 is getting stronger and stronger. Even the mainstream press is catching on to this, even on most aspects of the current pandemic they just follow the mainstream narrative 99% of the time, which I totally disagree with. Whilst mentioning the mainstream media, here in the UK, the ONLY newspaper that could be bothered to genuinely cover the reasons for the ending of the “research” on Hydroxychloroquine and its benefits with COVID-19 before it had really even begun was The Guardian. Every newspaper should have been suspicious as it was plain weird. They are the only ones who could be bothered to raise an eyebrow when what happened in effect was, I am bitterly disappointed to say, obvious medical fraud designed to protect vested interests. This story / international disgrace, has been covered properly here. The other newspapers were at best asleep at the wheel, or more likely avoiding the subject in order to protect their advertising revenues being threatened by the vested interests that could be upset by something that worked and was cheap. Sorry for going off-topic here, but I had to mention it.

Anyway, back to Vitamin D – The Life Saving Immune Supporter – Strengthening Our Bodies Against ALL Viral Illness.

I regard that as the minimum acceptable level. The optimal level is about 60ng/ml. How do we know this? It’s pretty easy really. Basically when we manage to get as much of our bodies as possible in the sun regularly (without burning), and when the sun is at an angle of above a minimum of 30 degrees to the earth (in the UK we have this for 8 months of the year, but only for a brief period of the day during the transition months of October and March),  or a minimum 40 degrees for dark skinned people, we get up to 60-80ng within a couple of weeks. It never goes much above or below that no matter how much time we spend in the sun. And that’s the optimal level  – 50ng/ml or more rather than the barely enough level of 30ng/ml.

Regarding what I regard as the drivel around the R number I also highly recommend this short video found here.

That’s the subject of another newsletter as the K2 has a lot of benefits of its own. Recommended usage: One a day every day except on days when your body has had or is going to get enough sun.

Another excellent high strength and popular Vitamin D product is Suntrex, which is the one to go for if you prefer a liquid to the sublingual tablet. For those who want a lower strength Vitamin D, we provide several others choices.

Who is at the highest risk of all for Vitamin D deficiency?

The truth is that most people have below optimal levels of vitamin D. But some people are even more likely than average to need a vitamin D supplement. The following list is not exhaustive, but covers the most common group of people who are especially likely to need a vitamin D supplement.

  • Breastfed infants, because human milk is a poor source of vitamin D, largely because the mothers themselves have poor vitamin D levels
  • The elderly, as their skin doesn’t make vitamin D when exposed to sunlight as efficiently as young people, and their kidneys are less able to convert vitamin D to its active form. (Is this one of the reasons why the elderly are at higher risk of dying from coronavirus?)
  • Dark skinned people as it takes them much longer to produce vitamin D from action of of ultraviolet light on the skin. (Is this one of the reasons why black and Asian people are at higher risk of dying from coronavirus?). In my opinion dark skinned people living in the UK should take vitamin D throughout the year, including during periods of fine sunny weather.
  • People with disorders such as Crohn’s disease or celiac disease who don’t handle fat properly, because vitamin D needs fat to be absorbed.
  • Obesity, because the body fat binds to some vitamin D and prevents it from getting into the blood.  (Is this one of the reasons why obese people at higher risk of dying from coronavirus?)
  • People who have had gastric bypass surgery
  • People with osteoporosis, hyperparathyroidism (too much of a hormone that controls the body’s calcium level), sarcoidosis, tuberculosis, histoplasmosis, or other granulomatous disease (disease with granulomas, collections of cells caused by chronic inflammation),
  • People with cancer
  • People who take medicines that affect vitamin D metabolism.
