CharismaHome – Creating a Harmonious Home

This article is for those who may be concerned about

  • Geopathic stress
  • Electromagnetic fields from WiFi,
  • Improving the subtle energy in your home
  • Influencing your own home environment to be in harmony with you and your loved ones

CharismaHome, developed by our friend Chris Dennison is one of the most unusual products we provide.  You can’t put your finger on it, but we’ve all been into  a room or a home where the atmosphere just doesn’t feel right. Sometimes it’s because the people in the room have just had an argument, and you sense something is “off”. Oftentimes it’s less specific, the house just doesn’t feel right.

There’s nothing that special about my own house, but people who come into my house often say things like “Your house has such a nice energy” or “I feel really good whenever I come into your house”.  My ego would like to tell me it’s because I’m such an amazing and charming person to be around, but I know that’s not the real reason, or at least not the primary one. My secret weapon is CharismaHome.

Now it’s important to note that this product doesn’t look like much. It’s ‘just’ a magnet – but the magnet has been impregnated or if you like programmed (not of course with computer coding). This impregnation is designed not to fight harmful energies from wi-fi, smart meters, or the negative energy by those who dwell in the property. It’s designed to harmonise those energies. For those of you who are familiar with martial arts, it’s vibrational aikido rather than karate.

There’s a number of interesting reviews on the web page for CharismaHome, which are highly recommended reading , especially for the sceptic. But here’s one that’s not on the web page:

I placed this on the fridge and didn’t say a word to my family!

  • The main leyline has moved to the outside wall of the house, which I found fascinating. The slugs in the lounge no longer come in but I find evidence of them more in the side porch attached to the outside wall. In other words, they’ve followed the leyline. My husband was near to the old position of the leyline at his side of the bed but not directly on it. His sleep pattern is definitely better.
  • The house is happy generally and our relationships are good. I sense there may well be a more uplifting positive feeling and contentment to all in the house. People come and often comment what a lovely warm space it is (and it isn’t the décor either!).
  • I dowsed the degree of benefit of the CharimsaHome and it came to 75%. A healer last week who doesn’t know me, remote dowsed my property and found nothing wrong with it that would impact my health. It always good to get confirmation from others.

I’ve seen rival products for Geopathic stress, Electromagnetic ‘smog’ and vibrational uplifting of our home environments for 10 -20 x the price of CharismaHome, which we sell for only £69.99. It really is great value for money, and is designed to cover the area of any size house plus the garden. Alongside CharismaHome, we also sell its sister products CharismaFood – the instrument that revitalises the life force energy in your food, as though it had just been freshly harvested – and CharismaCar – the instrument which protects from you from electro-smog and other negative emanations when driving your car. At only £34.99 and £69.99 respectively, they are both a steal. All Charisma products last forever, can be taken from your old home, or old car into your new one, and only need to be purchased once.

Don’t ask us precisely how it works – though there is some basic explanation here. All we know is that the products do work.  And customer feedback frequently vindicates this.

All products come with full instructions, although where any questions or concerns come up which we can’t answer we will refer customers directly to the product developer who will get back to you in person. Try these unique products, and let us know how you get on.

The benefits of CBD and Curcumin

CBD and Curcumin – special compounds from cannabis and Turmeric

CBD is the major non-psychoactive ingredient in Cannabis and can be legally sold in the UK and every other territory we are aware of. A prominent group of compounds found called cannabidinoids (CBD), are of great benefit to the health of the human body. We’ll discuss CBD and Curcumin separately. Here’s a quick summary of the benefits of CBD.

Benefits of CBD

According to a 2013 study, it appears that CBD has anti-inflammatory, anti-convulsant, anxiolytic and antioxidant properties, ensuring it has the capacity to help treat the likes of oxidative injury, epilepsy, vomiting and nausea, neuroinflammation and anxiety1. It would take an entire book to disucss all its health uses, but here is a quick summary of what you need to know.

  • Anxiety – CBD appears possesses anxiolytic (anxiety-reducing) effects. Research published in 2012 confirms that the cannabinoid can help treat patients with social anxiety disorder and may be effective for those suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder2. Moreover, a study published the year before found that, among social disorder sufferers, CBD pre-treatment significantly reduced their anxiety, cognitive impairment and discomfort during a public speaking exercise3.
  • Cardiovascular health – When it comes to the health of the heart and blood vessels, CBD may help protect against vascular damage caused by consumption of high-glucose foods, inflammation and type 2 diabetes; plus, evidence suggests it can play a significant role in reducing associated vascular hyperpermeability (a cause of leaky gut in the digestive system)4.
  • Diabetes – Results from a study conducted in 2006 showed a significant reduction of diabetes among non-obese diabetic mice (diabetes occurred in just 30% of those treated with CBD, but occurred in 86% of those not treated); while treated mice also experienced considerably reduced insulitis5. Additionally, the 2005-10 National Health and Nutritional Survey – conducted on adults in the United States – discovered that marijuana-use (and, thus, consumption of CBD) was associated with 16% lower fasting insulin levels among the more then 4,500 participants6.
  • Nausea and vomiting – Cannabis has a long, centuries-long history of use in societies for helping with nausea and vomiting; among around 80 other cannabinoids, CBD has been proved by animal studies to be effective at reducing or eliminating them both (a 2012 study discovered it possessed anti-nausea and antiemetic properties when administered to rats7).
  • Pain and inflammation – CBD may prove effective in modulating pain thanks to its ability to inhibit neuronal transmission via pain pathways; for instance, recent research found it successfully suppressed chronic inflammation and neuropathic pain in rodents8, while a 2007 study discovered that CBD was effective as a treatment for neuropathic pain among sufferers of multiple sclerosis9.
  • Seizures – A 2014 Stanford University survey into epilepsy and use of CBD-enriched cannabis saw an 84% drop in seizures among children, among whom 42% enjoyed more than an 80% reduction; the study also found further beneficial effects of CBD cannabis among sufferers, including increased alertness, improved mood and better sleep, although drowsiness and fatigue were reported as side-effects10. In the same year, another child-based study – involving sufferers of treatment-resistant epilepsy – revealed that nearly one in four (39%) of those who received an oil-based CBD extract experienced a 50% seizure reduction after three months11.
  • Other benefits – CBD is effective in modulating central nervous system (CNS) excitability and the immune system’s response to this condition12, 13, while further research suggests that it can enhance both musculoskeletal system function and joint health14. Numerous studies all extol its value in supporting the immune system.

Supplements

Liposomal CBD contain a mix of different Cannabinoids from various strains of Cannabis Sativa. The liposomal process, which is a separate subject in it’s own right, ensures a vastly higher level of absorption than most other CBD products available on the market. The extra cost is well worth it. The figure thats normally bandied around is 7-8 x better absorbed. The two products we provide both  use the same state-of-the-art, nano-particle liposomal technology – the only difference between the two being that the ‘professional strength’ is a little more concentrated, and is provided with a total of 300ml, whereas the ‘regular’ one is a total of 60ml and slightly less concentrated. Overall, the professional strength is around 20% cheaper per mg of actual CBD.

CBD-ProfessionalLiposomal CBD – Professional Strength 10 x 30ml (total of 300ml) – £319.99

Liposomal CBD (60ml) – £64.99)

What should I combine with CBD to further enhance the effects?

Obviously CBD works perfectly well by itself.  But CBD and Curcmin together are even better. So if you want to enhance the effects further, we recommend combining it with Curcumin which has some quite similar benefits to CBD, especially where is comes to supporting the immune system, cardiovascular health, reducing inflammation and helping with anxiety. (Neuro-chemical research has shown that Turmeric and Curcumin can increase Serotonin, noradrenaline and dopamine levels in the brain).

The owner of the company who manufacture the CBD and Curcumin we sell tells me he combines the two together, and this has an “amazing” effect on him. We provide two rather similar products – Liposomal Curcumin C3 Complex – 250ml which is just Curcumin and Liposomal Curcumin Turmerease – 250ml, which has a less concentrated amount of curcumin because it also contains ‘Cureit’ – which is CNTM (Complete Natural Turmeric Matrix). It’s almost impossible to say which one is better overall (they are both excellent products of course) but we have put what we hope is a helpful comparison table on both pages of the web site, which will help you decide which one to get. Obviously you can try both if you want to and see if you notice a difference between the two. If you decide to try both, we’d love to get your feedback. Write a review, and as always you’ll also get 500 reward points from us.

Further benefits of Curcumin and Turmeric (a few quick bullet points before you refuse to read any further)

  • Fights candida and other fungi
  • Good for gastrointestinal health
  • Promotes liver health

When oxygen attacks: how antioxidants combat reactive oxygen species

The ancient Chinese may well have been on to something (not surprising, given their greatest thinkers were clearly a smart bunch), for the idea behind the Chinese philosophical principle that’s ‘yin and yang’ – that is, the significance of balance and the importance of its attainment and maintenance – holds true to so many things in life and the world around us. Not least when it comes to our bodies and health. Indeed, when you think about healing – returning ill-health to a point of good (or ‘normal’) health – it’s summed up by the quest for balance within one’s body. Healing and good health then could be described as the need for balance within the human body.

In which case, it’s hardly surprising that when the body feels unhealthy it seeks to heal itself; when it feels out of balance, it seeks to rectify things and return to a balanced state. And one of the critical components it calls on and throws into action for this is oxygen. Research confirms that this most commonplace of chemical elements (especially in the body) is crucial not just for generating energy for the body’s cells via a process called cellular metabolism, but also for healing in injured tissues1. Indeed, wounded tissue likes nothing more than converting oxygen into what’s known as reactive oxygen species (ROS) to encourage this healing2. However, there is a downside to this; when the body is out of balance, reactive oxygen species – or, at least, the presence of too many of them in the body – can also be damaging to your health.

What are reactive oxygen species?

Why is this? Well, a clue comes in the form of what reactive oxygen species can also be referred to as – pro-oxidants or oxygen radicals. That’s to say, they’re a variety of free radicals. For many that like to keep fit and healthy, that term is likely to set alarm bells ringing; for free radicals can do a lot of damage in the human body, if left to do as they please in an ‘unbalanced’ body that’s not able to use them efficiently to heal tissue.

Specifically, a free radical is a molecule without an electron that, nevertheless, is capable of maintaining its structure. To that end, it spends its existence seeking out another chemical in the body with whom it can ‘pair’ and ‘complete itself’, by trying to gain that chemical’s electron. And, as far as reactive oxygen species are concerned, that chemical is oxygen, as that’s the one they’re naturally attracted to.

Forms of reactive oxygen species

Reactive oxygen species, though, are actually made of oxygen. To break it down, oxygen – an element comprising eight protons and eight electrons – isn’t averse to sharing its electrons (thus, it’s reactive), which is the problem. In sharing one electron or more there’s a good chance it won’t have them returned (which technically means it becomes an ion) and when it’s ionised like this it instantly seeks to replace its missing electron(s) – hence it becomes a reactive oxygen species and, yes, becomes dangerous and destructive. Indeed, strictly speaking, there are several different sub-divisions of reactive oxygen species:

  • singlet oxygen – radical and harmful in two ways; this one can induce a cell’s genes to start ‘cell death’ and can oxidise lipids and fatty acids when it comes into contact with them3

  • superoxides – much is still to be discovered about these forms of oxygen, but research suggests they like to disrupt the body’s ability to heal wounds and affect its destroying of cells4

  • peroxides – in the body, these include the likes of hydrogen peroxide (comprising oxygen and hydrogen) and hypochlorite (oxygen and chlorine); they do good by helping to heal tissue5, but when hydrogen peroxide interacts with reduced metal ions the inevitable result are free radicals and, don’t doubt it, hydrogen radicals can be seriously destructive in the human body6

  • hypochlorous acid – as you might expect, this form contains both oxygen and chlorine and via either oxidation or chlorination its are the destruction of target cells by disrupting their membrane structures7.

Combatting reactive oxygen species

So how do you go about fighting reactive oxygen species? How can you prevent them from doing all the damage they cause? A good idea to stop them would be by preventing them from being formed in the first place; cutting off the source before it can even do anything – surely that would be the ultimate answer; yes? Unfortunately, too often that’s simply not possible, as frankly, whenever you do, well, practically anything you actually create and use reactive oxygen species.

This is because they’re generated – via energy created by mitochondria in the body’s cells – every single time a muscle contracts; indeed, it’s been proved that high-intensity exercise actually causes their levels to increase, which in turn can bring about fatigue and muscle failure8. That said, they are also created thanks to the body absorbing harmful foreign entities – the likes of alcohol, germs, polluting chemicals, tobacco and its smoke and toxic metals9 – which is something that you can control; the lesson being then to try and avoid these entities as much as possible.

But beyond this there must be a more fundamental, proactive answer? There is – antioxidants. Defined as substances that inhibit oxidation, antioxidants are simply brilliant at neutralising the oxidising efforts of free radicals. And they’re to be found everywhere in the natural world around us. Indeed, the Vitamins A, C and E and the minerals copper, selenium and zinc are all blessed with antioxidant properties and you can get your fill of them by packing your diet with antioxidant-rich foods like blueberries, cranberries, elderberries, goji berries, artichokes, pecans, kidney beans and even dark chocolate.

Antioxidant supplements

Fair enough, though, you may find it challenging to regularly fill your diet with a good spread of such antioxidant-packed foods as those listed above (the realities of everyday life can get in the way!). In that case then, you may be tempted to turn to naturally-derived (rather than synthetically produced) supplementation to combat the harmful effects of free radicals – reactive oxygen species among them. Indeed, among the antioxidant products you’ll find on sale at The Finchley Clinic, the following are all currently available on special offer:

Cell Fuzion – an advanced antioxidant formula designed to protect and energize mitochondrial function and protect against DNA damage.

Megahydrate Powder – a powerful antioxidant and provides full-body essential hydration for optimal health and well-being.

Super Antioxidant Protection – a powerful formula that supplies key water and fat-soluble antioxidant nutrients; by supporting the body’s major antioxidant pathways, it may protect against free radical damage and premature ageing.

A clean colon and a less bloated tummy…

Colosan Colon Cleanser – We have not increased the price in nearly 20 years!!!

In 1999 I began selling an oxygen based bowel and colon cleanser to a few patients – Colosan. My original purpose was to give provide my clients with a product designed to improve the oxygenation of the whole body, for overall optimal health and increased energy, with any colon cleansing effect being a secondary and almost unintended benefit. But in practise I almost immediately started getting good feedback on it primarily for general detoxification, for colon cleansing on higher dosages, and as a healthy non toxic, non irritating approach to relieving constipation, which could be used on an ongoing basis usually on lower dosages.

I originally sold it for £27 per bottle plus £2 postage for a total of £29. If you had told me then that I would still be selling it in 2017, and for less than I charged in 1999, and that some of the customers who had been purchasing it then would still be buying it today, I wouldn’t have believed it. Nonetheless, that’s exactly what has happened.

Colosan Powder vs Capsules

In those days it was only available in the powder form, and the only reason it later became available later in capsules was because of pestering by me as my sway over the supplier increased as the sales increased. These days the capsules outsell the powder by 3 to 1 because of the added convenience, even though the powder is actually much better value for money.

Below is a screen shot of how we were advertising it back in the day. At that time, we didn’t take credit or debit cards, on the internet or by phone and PayPal didn’t even exist! If you wanted it, you had to either pick it up from my clinic in London, or send us a cheque, wait for it to be paid into the bank, and wait for me or my assistant at the time to have time to take the packages that had been ordered down to the post office once or twice a week. Yep, we were pretty professional in those early days.

And this is how we were adveritsing it a year later

These days, I have to emphasise that we have stepped away from claiming the antimicrobial effects shown in the screen shots above on the web site, as such claims do not comply with the EU Health and Nutrition Directive, which was formulated to protect the pharmaceutical industry . Whoops, that was a typo, we meant consumers. Therefore the comments in the above images, should be disregarded.

Nowadays I would like to think our web site is a bit less naive, even though we are not slick as some of the big boys in the industry.

A bit more about Colosan

Colosan is as its name implies is designed for a sanitary colosan (colo referring to the colon and “san” relating to sanitation, cleanliness etc). Indeed, the cleansing of the digestive tract is an important first step in any health regimen. You have to clean up before you repair and rebuild. By eliminating built up toxins first, you provide the body with an opportunity to restore vitality. There is no better way to clear the colon than with oxygen due to it’s effectiveness and gentleness. Colosan reduces unwelcome matter to carbon dioxide, waste and water.  The gentle oxidising action of Colosan as well as being a cleanser, is a wonderful natural laxative. By comparison, other forms of laxative are cathartics or purgatives. Amphetamines used as diuretics, are addictive and cause the body to dump its’ valuable water. Herbal laxatives work by employing micro toxins, or small poisons, to produce the same effect of purging valuable water in order to flush the digestive tract. These two methods drain the body of necessary fluids in their attempt to wash out the system and do not contribute to good health. For a thorough cleanse, oxygen is a more sensible and gentle method.

Benefits of Colosan

Constipation also creates a perfect environment for candida, bacteria, germs and other toxins. By eliminating the sluggish bowels with Colosan, you can prevent these micro-organisms from proliferating.

Improves Nutrient Absorption – Cleaning the surfaces of the intestines can improve nutrient assimilation. Nature designed the intestines with a maximum amount of surface area. There are thousands of finger like projections called villi. If the villi are caked with muck, nutrient assimilation is impaired.

For detoxification, colosan helps to prevent what is commonly referred to as a healing crisis or detox reaction that individuals undertaking a cleansing will frequently encounter. This comes about as a result of cleaning out the bloodstream, lymph or organs without first cleaning the primary organ of elimination – the colon. By cleaning out the colon with Colosan or Colosan Capsules, this unpleasantry can be a thing of the past.

Healthy People often rely on Colosan for keeping their colon clean. It is often the first thing to resort to if you’re lacking energy, not feeling well or sense a bug coming on. You’ll love the clean aerobic feeling and increased energy

Colon Therapists love Colosan because it enables them to clean the entire 21 feet of the digestive tract as well as loosening the impacted material in the colon. By giving Colosan to their patients prior to the colonic they can effect a more thorough colon hydrotherapy treatment. Taking Colosan after a colonic continues its beneficial effects.

Candida Yeast Sufferers – Revere Colosan saying that it is the only thing that restores sanity. Colosan dissolves the crud that the yeast is growing in and creates an aerobic environment where beneficial flora can thrive and keep candida in check.

I have been using colosan and Mag 07 for a number of years and alternate between the two. My colon health has improved tremendously. I now only need the product when something has upset my stomach or i feel in need of some maintenance. I have happily recommended oxygen health to many others who feedback the same results. thank you for making this product available.

Hi I have been using colosan for a bit now it works really well in clearing you out. I use 3 heaped table spoons into half a pint of water followed by squeeze of half a lemon. I did however take a break from colosan for 7 days and used oxy-powder as colosan wasn’t giving me the clear out. It still did the job but not quite as good. But I used again and it worked like a charm. It is important the day you use it to eat plenty of fruits and veg and take the colosan on an empty stomach before going to bed and you will get an entire clear out. Please don’t ever stop making this product its saving lives thank you so much.

I have used Colosan capsules on and off over the past few years, I switched to the capsules from the powder form for convenience. Personally I found the powder form more effective although stopped using it as I didn’t like the chalky taste! I find that I can experience quite strong reactions to the product when taking higher doses so usually stick to just one or two capsules and would recommend building up to a higher dose if you have a sensitive system.

Colosan Powder is my best friend for detox days. Over three years together with my husband we follow 5:2 diet promoted by Michael Mosley: 5 days a week we have normal food, 2 days we have one light meal in the middle of the day. We call these two days D-day, Detox-day. A night prior the D-Day we have very light dinner, and before sleep take 1tea spoon of Colosan mixed in 200ml of water. Immediately followed by juice from ½ lemon mixed with 150-200 ml of water. The same repeat nest day before sleep. Using t this “formula” twice a week we can control our weight in norm and enjoy our favourite food 5 days a week. Problem with chronicle constipation disappeared as well as bloating. Water regime is essential key to success: HOT tea with ginger and lemon (honey )

I take this to support regular bowel movements. I take 3 capsules with 1.5 glasses of water every 3 to 4 days. Have found it not only helps me stay regular, but feel quite clear-headed on the day I take it. I tried 4 capsules once – never again. Had to go to the bathroom about 4 times within 16hrs. 2 capsules just gives a clear-headed feeling.

I have been using both Mag 07 and Colosan for a long time. Personally I find them both t be effective, however for me Colosan has the edge over Mag 07. Nonetheless I buy both because Mag 07 is more economical than colosan

I find Colosan very effective. When I travel I take it along with me as its my best friend. I also introduced my sister in law and graundaughter to it, and they also find it very effective. I usually take 1 teaspoon in apple juice. I do not use the lemon juice as recommended on the label, as I have high stomach acid already and am on medication to reduce it, but the colosan works even without the lemon juice.

I have been using this product for several months now and after an initial cleansing of 1 spoon a day for 7 days, I now only use 1 spoonful once a week to keep on top of things. It works very well and I noticed the benefits immediately. Highly recommend it.

I love this product for constipation. I find it relieves it easily, effectively and gently. I don’t use it on a regular basis but like to have it there for if I need it as I know I can depend on it. I only need to take a teaspoon and would advise to start with the lowest recommended dose when first taking to assess how it affects you as when I increased the dose I had quite frequent trips to the loo! The only downside, in my view, is the taste, which I’d describe as a bit chalky. However, the benefits outweigh it and I am a repeat customer of this product.

Price increases coming soon

We have held the price of Colosan stable for the best part of 20 years! However with the current weakness of the pound against the dollar, we will be increasing the price soon – probably to £31.99 for single bottles. So enjoy it at £27.99 while we can still provide it at this price.

Colosan vs Oxy-Powder vs Mag 07

We get asked all the time which of these three colon cleanse products is the best one. The truth is, if there was one that was the best one, all of the time for everyone, we woudn’t waste our time selling three rival brands. Why would we? The truth is that individual results vary, and no matter what your friend or practitioner has told you about which one is the “best” one, the best one is simply the one that works best for you. That’s my opinion, no matter how much it irritates my suppliers, all of whom want to me tell our customers that their one is the “best” one, or in some cases “the only one” that’s any good.

Combining Colosan / Oxy-Powder / Mag 07 with Colon Hydrotherapy treatment

These products work wonderfully in your own right, but if you are having colon hydrotherapy, the two together will work together splendidly. In fact we have quite a few colonic irrigation practitioners who refer their clients to us for these products, to be used in combination with their treatment.

You can purchase Colosan and all the Oxygen Colon Cleansers here

General note, you may have noticed that a lot of information on our products has been removed recently. The result is that a lot of the product description’s are now extremely vague. This is because of petty interference by the UK Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency, and even pettier EU regulations. This is doing huge damage to our sales, and it is very frustrating. We’ve even had to change some of the product images, in order to remove the words “colon” and “cleanser”. This is according MHRA, and the unelected EU officials who created the regulations in order to “protect” you as the consumer.

We’ve also been forced to remove product reviews. This is also because MHRA and EU say you need to be “protected”. Isn’t it wonderful to be “protected” by them? I have noticed with interest what an amazing job they do at “protecting” us from the damage done to us by orthodox medicines. This would doubtless explain why there are ‘only’ 40,000 deaths per year in the UK as a result of correctly prescribed medications and treatments, and countless more through incorrectly prescribed medications and treatments.

(By the way, you can still write reviews, we keep them in our archives, and you will still get 500 reward points each time you write one).

However in my newsletters I intend to continue to provide my opinion on how our products work and how they help people. I hope there is enough semblence of free speech left that I can continue to at least do that.

An e-ssential vitamin? Why Vitamin E’s so important – and where to get it

Everybody is surely – or, at least, should be – aware of how good vitamins are for their bodies. What fewer people are aware of, though, is that they need to consume an adequate amount of vitamins on a very regular basis not just to keep their body healthy but to keep it functioning properly at all. No question then, vitamins are brilliant; they’re essential. And a great example is one that’s maybe not as heralded as one of two of the others – Vitamin E.

Also known as tocopheral (in all its different naturally-occurring forms), Vitamin E’s a fat-soluble nutrient, which means it can be dissolved by lipids (fats in the body); this feature obviously plays a crucial role in how it operates in the human body, ensuring it helps to maintain eyesight1, aid the tackling of gout2 and proves critical for those suffering from arthritic symptoms3, to name just a few of the things it does.

Vitamin E benefits

But let’s take a closer look at Vitamin E’s multiple health benefits. There really are so many. Perhaps more than anything else, it’s well known for its antioxidant qualities4; contributing greatly to boosting and preserving the health of cell membranes and the tissues of the breast, eyes, liver, skin and testes5. And, like all antioxidants, it’s highly effective at swinging into action and ceasing molecules known as ‘free radicals’ from their harmful behaviour when they’ve found their way into the body6.

What do they do? Well, a free radical is uncharged (it lacks an electron), thus it likes nothing better to than try and chemically ‘complete’ itself by pairing with another electron-carrying molecule; but an antioxidant likes nothing more that stopping a free radical in its tracks – and ensuring its behaviour doesn’t cause oxidative stress7. This, in turn, can help pave the way to serious ailments like neurodegenerative disease8, while free radicals are also associated with arthritis, heart disease, hypertension, senility and even cancer5.

More than just an antioxidant

Vitamin E’s nothing if not versatile, though. For instance, in combination with Vitamin A, it works to reduce cholesterol and prevent general accumulation of fat around the body5. Moreover, owing to its antioxidant properties (which ensure it can minimise clotting and thus aid in the healing process of wounds), it’s felt to be useful when consumed immediately prior to and after surgery – that is, if a daily prescribed dosage is no higher than 200-300 IUs; otherwise it may work towards suppressing healing5.

It’s a vitamin that’s also particularly beneficial for the skin, specifically when it comes to helping to repair burns, lesions and ulcers9, and appears (to some extent) to help relieve menstrual pains – in addition to mitigating other menstrual-related symptoms like headaches, hot flushes and vaginal itching5. And, just to round things out, Vitamin E’s also believed to aid the treatment of leg cramps, muscular dystrophy10, restless leg syndrome11 and diabetes-caused circulatory issues12.

Vitamin E foods and supplements

Quite frankly, any nutritionist is likely to tell you that, ideally, your best sources for Vitamin E are foods rich in the nutrient that you can incorporate into your daily – or, at least, regular – diet. Of particularly high Vitamin E-content are the likes of safflower oil, wheat-germ oil and sunflower oil and seeds, as well as nuts like hazelnuts and walnuts, and vegetables including asparagus, broccoli, celery, cucumber, green peas, kale, spinach and tomatoes5.

However, whether or not you truly can incorporate those foods into your diet is, unfortunately, a moot point; too many of us – for whatever reason – eat too little of truly healthy foods nowadays, with modern food processing techniques and the increasing use of pesticides in farming negatively impacting on even supposedly nutrient-rich foods’ actual nutrient content. In which case, to successfully boost your intake of vitamin E – especially if a medical expert has informed you you’re deficient in it – your best bet is to turn to supplementation. Now, don’t doubt it; you want to go for naturally-derived Vitamin E supplements here, not their often dubious synthetic substitutes (which contain laboratory-manufactured vitamin content that’s usually nowhere near as nutritious). Indeed, among those available through us at The Finchley Clinic, you might well consider the following:

true-food-natural-vitamin-E

True Food Natural Vitamin E – in addition to Vitamin E, this highly bioavailable supplement contains B vitamins, beta glucans, glutathione, choline, inositol, amino acids and other phytonutrients; it may help protect cell membranes from oxidative damage, support healthy skin as the body ages and, when combined with True Food Super Potency Soyagen, it may help ease menopausal symptoms.

antioxidant-supreme

Antioxidant Supreme – an all-encompassing natural antioxidant supplement solution for fighting free radicals and to boost anti-ageing and general health; contains the essential Vitamins A, C and E, as well as the equally critical minerals that are copper, manganese, selenium, zinc and co-enzyme Q10.

super-antioxidant-protection

Super Antioxidant Protection – a powerful formula designed to supply the body with the key fat-soluble antioxidant nutrients that are Vitamins C and E (which work to reduce oxidation, not least in the arteries), as well as glutathione (absorbed into the body to form glutathione peroxidase, a major antioxidant enzyme), n-acetyl cysteine that works to maintain glutathione levels and Vitamin B2 that aid its regeneration; additionally, the minerals manganese, selenium and zinc promote antioxidant enzymes throughout the body.

Natural or synthetic vitamins? Why you should go the organic supplement route

If you’re familiar with this website and you’ve taken the time to look through some of the supplement solutions we provide, you’ll have noticed, no doubt, that we only sell organic supplements – that is, products that comprise vitamins and minerals in their naturally-occurring states. We do not and never will advocate the use of synthetic vitamins or the supplements that contain them; certainly not over organic supplements with their natural vitamins.

But, you may ask, why is this? What’s so special about going the organic route? Why are natural vitamins so much better for you than their synthetic counterparts? Well, first of all, perhaps you should consider why it’s so critical we consume a comprehensive and large helping of vitamins on a daily basis; consider what’s so important about vitamins in the first place./span>

Put simply, if our bodies aren’t provided with an adequate amount of vitamins on a consistent basis, they simply don’t function properly. If we’re deficient in the vitamins we need, we can experience problems and even suffer from chronic illnesses – everything from obesity to anorexia; depression and fatigue to organ malfunction. Ideally, we should get all the vitamins and minerals we need from our diets – and our diets ought to contain as natural, organic and healthily vitamin- and nutrient-rich food as possible; the sort our ancestors would have eaten. That is, foods without a synthetic ingredient in them at all. Nowadays, though, owing to our hectic lives, exactly what foods we can regularly buy and modern farming techniques, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get all the natural vitamins our bodies require from diet alone, so supplements specifically containing organic vitamins – and not synthetic supplements – have to be the answer.

Synthetic vitamins vs natural vitamins

Unlike the natural vitamins in organic supplements then, their synthetic versions are manufactured via the mixing of chemicals with a vitamin; thus, they don’t come directly from a plant-based, natural source but are created in a test tube to more or less mimic natural vitamins. However, because these ‘unnatural’ versions have been isolated to be mixed into a synthetic compound, they don’t – and simply can’t – fully mimic naturally-occurring vitamins because they lack all the features of the latter, including the co-factors and transporters (natural chemicals that ensure the natural vitamin is, following consumption, transported effectively from the digestive system to where it needs to go in the body).

Indeed, according to research validated by the Organic Consumers Association, synthetic vitamins simply can’t be classed alongside naturally-occurring vitamins as the body isn’t able to recognise them and so can’t use them in the same way1. They’re simply not as good for the body. Natural vitamins – because of the way in which they’re consumed (in healthy food or organic supplements) – are delivered to the body alongside other complementary vitamins, minerals and enzymes specifically because, in this format, the vitamins can be recognised, metabolised and absorbed by the body to aid its overall function and health.

Conversely then, it’s too often the case that isolated, synthetic vitamins have to be stored in the body before it obtains – or creates – the nutrients and enzymes necessary to get out any of the goodness these synthetic vitamins contain. Or worse, the body has to rely on its own store of trace minerals for this job; thus diminishing its mineral reserves and perhaps contributing to potential mineral deficiencies.

The dangers of synthetic vitamins

So then, far from doing you good, synthetic vitamins are sometimes liable to do your body harm. A good example to consider is the synthetic version of Vitamin E. The most common naturally-occurring form of this vitamin in Europe is d-alpha tocopheral (found in sunflower oils and olive oils), while its synthetic form is what’s referred to as dl-alpha tocopheral. Not only is this latter less bioavailable and about only half as potent than the former, it’s also created by blending the natural version (the ‘d-form’) with other chemical ingredients (which make up the ‘l-form’). Sure, that may sound rudimentary, yet when you learn that the latter ‘l-form’ has to be separated from the ‘d-form’ once it’s in the body and then excreted via the digestive system, you have to ponder on whether it might harm the body? After all, why else would the body reject it and eject it through excretion?

Additionally, Vitamin E – along with Vitamins A, D and K – is a fat soluble vitamin. Needless to say, this means they’re soluble in fats (lipids), which isn’t a big deal if you consume them naturally through a healthy, balanced diet or via organic supplements, as you won’t consume too high a level of them in one go, preventing them from collecting and building up in the body’s fatty tissues. Consuming synthetic versions of fat soluble vitamins is a different matter, though, because – as they’ve been scientifically-created – they tend to be more concentrated; in other words, you get more bang for your buck. This means the fatty tissues can fill up with them quicker and toxicity becomes a genuine danger.

How to tell the difference?

Unfortunately, knowing for sure whether you’re about to purchase or consume a natural or a synthetic vitamin isn’t always that straightforward. Why? Because too many synthetic vitamin-producing companies like to suggest their creations are more natural than they are – or even like to suggest they’re totally natural. Like it or not, many ‘unnatural’ vitamins tend to be labelled and sold as natural even if they contain as little as 10% of the genuine naturally-occurring form of a vitamin; 90% of them is made up then of synthetic, laboratory-added ingredients.

So, to avoid purchasing a synthetic vitamin by mistake, it’s important to check the product’s label for its ingredients; this should offer tell-tale signs of its ‘artificial’ nature. Ingredients in supplements to steer clear of include:

  • Aminobenzoic acid (in para-aminobenzoic acid or PABA)
  • Ascorbic acid (in Vitamin C supplements)
  • Choline chloride/ choline bitartrate (in choline supplements)
  • dl-alpha tocopherol and dl-alpha tocopherol acetate/ succinate (in Vitamin E supplements)
  • Cyanocobalamin (in Vitamin B12 supplements)
  • Calcium d-pantothenate (in pantothenic acid)
  • Irradiated ergosteral/ calciferol (in Vitamin D supplements)
  • Magnesium stearate (or stearic acid)
  • Monosodium glutamate (used for flavouring)
  • Pteroylglutamic acid (in folic acid)
  • Retinyl palmitate (in Vitamin A supplements)
  • Pyridoxine hydrochloride (in Vitamin B6 supplements)
  • Riboflavin (in Vitamin B2 supplements)
  • Thiamine mononitrate/ thiamine hydrochloride (in Vitamin B1 supplements)
  • Titanium dioxide (it’s carcinogenic!).

Go organic for natural vitamins

As noted above then, should you find your natural vitamin-intake limited through diet alone (because of pre-existing health issues, food availability or modern farming practices), you should turn to organic supplements. And, among the huge number of naturally-derived nutrient-rich supplements available through us at The Finchley Clinic, the following are highly recommended for their multivitamin composition:

methyl-multrinutrient

Methyl Multinutrient – a superior, powerful multivitamin, mineral and antioxidant complex, this supplement’s designed to provide many nutrients in their metabolically active, bioavailable forms.

Fighting the flab: 7 ways to achieve effective weight loss

It’s a reality faced by many of us at some point in our lives – the desire (or necessity) to lose weight. The trouble is, of course, it’s easier said than done. For some, it proves a very difficult thing to achieve; a good number of people not only find it difficult to get started but also to keep up a successful regime so they keep the weight off. Other struggle to find something that works for them at all; they may be confused and irritated that what works for one person (probably someone they know) simply doesn’t work for them. Yet, the fact is that everyone – and everyone’s body – is different. By definition, what works for one dieter, one faster, one improved eater or one patient undergoing treatment won’t work for another.

NADH – The Unique Energy and Immune Nutrient

NADH is one of those natural products I have regarded as ‘special’ ever since I saw it produce remarkable effects for my father in his later years. It has a valid and rightful place in all of the following categories of the web site…

  • Adrenal Support
  • Anti-Ageing
  • Antioxidants
  • Energy Boosters
  • General Health
  • Heart Health
  • Immune Health
  • Memory Maintenance
  • Mood Support
  • Sexual Health and Libido
  • Sports Performance

So what exactly is NADH?

To answer this, I shall quote from Professor George Birkmayer, who is the world expert on the subject.

The most promising natural substance in our body is NADH, which stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride. NADH is the biological form of hydrogen. It reacts with the oxygen present in every living cell, thus producing energy and water. The more NADH a cell has available, the more energy it can produce, the better it functions, and the longer the cell (and the entire organism) lives.

Is it possible to increase the amount of NADH in the cell by adding NADH from outside? The answer is: yes. This implies that we can increase the energy level in our cells. Due to this, the cells can produce more of all the components essential for life, and thus they will function better and live longer. This is feasible by supplementation with NADH in order to boost the hydrogen taken up by the human body.

The amount of NADH a cell contains depends on the amount of energy it requires. The heart and the brain need the most energy of all our organs. Hence, these organs benefit the most from an external supply of NADH. All other organs, particularly the lungs, the liver, and the kidneys, also get more energy from NADH and function better. The biological hydrogen is the fuel for cellular energy production, and nutritional supplementation can provide our body with more NADH.

It’s one of those products that supports almost every system of the body, and here are a couple of customer reviews on it

I started using NADH 2 weeks ago and can honestly say, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my energy levels, since suffering from chronic fatigue for several years. I have extra energy to accomplish more tasks, I no longer have a foggy head, I am more alert, my nervous system seems much calmer and I am much more relaxed. I have tried numerous products for an improved level of energy, but nothing has given instant results as NADH. In fact nothing has ever made a noticeable difference. For my it has been a God Send and I highly recommend it to anyone requiring a greater level of energy. It is quite expensive but well worth the money.

I have found NADH very useful for people with hypoadrenia and Addison’s disease, I have seen energy, mental focus and sleep all improve. Clients suffering from Fibromyalgia and CFS all note significant changes in energy after a few days of NADH on a dose of 2 a day, then typically 1 per day for long term usage.

With Parkinson’s Disease, ET (Essential Tremor), Dystonia and SPS (stiff person syndrome, often misdiagnosed as Parkinson’s disease) we have never seen notable improvements within 1 month on a dose of 2 daily. This is NOT a complete cure, but we see around 40-50% improvement in symptoms very quickly. We use NADH along other products which seem to provide further improvements – one being Finchley Clinic’s Megahydrate. We usually see results within about 7 days on a dose of 2 tablets per day.

We also find NADH of great benefit, when given to anyone having anyone taking any type of toxic chemical therapies (i.e.. many conventional treatments for terminal illness). Typically we find NADH is capable of minimising some of the negative side effects experienced by people on those therapies – such as chronic fatigue,

Healing goes where energy flows, if there is poor levels of energy there is poor levels of health and low levels of healing. NADH is RAPID ENERGY. As a major building block of cellular life, I have found NADH invaluable when energy for healing is required in a body that is deficient of energy. We find that we cannot get rid of any long term serious problem without raising life force energy in the body.

Some of our younger clients use it when partying all night as their NOW PREFERRED STIMULANT. – NOT that I recommend NADH it for that.

I have also used it in combination with the 12 step programme for clients coming off both alcohol and drug addiction. It takes the edge off the irritability and anxiety caused by the mental obsession as well as helping greatly with the physical addiction.

All people coming off any type of addiction require some form of therapeutic support and guidance, In my experience for those clients receiving the correct therapeutic support high levels of B1 and NADH positive outcomes are far more frequently observed.

I explain to my clients Healing goes ONLY where Energy Flows, No Energy = No healing and NADH is the best source of supplemental Energy I have found so far.

Unfortunately NADH, even sold by us with what I can assure everyone is a very ethical margin, is rather pricey. True, there are cheaper NADH products available if you want to use worthless “NADH” products that don’t work. However we think that the official Professor Birkmayer product, is pretty much the only one that actually works. But now for some good news. We currently have 100 boxes with a short expiry date of End of April 2017, with 33% off, which we agreed to take off the manufacturer’s hands. Please note we also have full expiry date stock available at the regular price for those who prefer that. But it also goes without saying that goods marked as expiring on 30th April 2017 (for regulatory reasons, they have to be given an expiry date) do not suddenly become ineffective from midnight on May 1st 2017.

Click here for more information and to purchase full expiry date product at the regular price

Click here for more information and to purchase the short expiry date stock with 33% off (maximum 6 boxes per household at the present time).

Please note carefully, that NADH Rapid Energy is a SUBLINGUAL product, meaning you put it under your tongue and let it dissolve, which gets the NADH directly into your bloodstream. If you just swallow it, it won’t work.

Is there anything that helps NADH work better still?

Yes. According to Professor Birkmayer NADH (CoEnzyme1), can be enhanced by also taking CoEnzyme Q10. We usually around 100-200mg per day for every 20-40mg (1-2 tablets) of NADH.

Secondly, according to Dr John Gray (famed as the writer of “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus”), NADH creates an increased need for the amino acid Tyrosine (the main ingredients of our products Drive! or Thyroid Support Formula). He claims that taking tyrosine with NADH increased the effectives of NADH. We have not tested this claim, but neither do we dismiss it.

Dr Gray also claims that tyrosine is then ideally balanced with the amino acid tryptophan, which we recommend as Serotone. Again we have not tested this hypothesis, but equally we do not dismiss it.

Diarrheoa: Infection, Dehydration, Symptoms and Supplements

We may all think we know what diarrhoea is, but do we? And do we know what causes it, what suffering from it could mean and how dangerous it actually could be?

Generally speaking, diarrhoea tends to refer to the frequent passing of stool that’s of a liquid consistency. Pretty much everybody at some stage is likely to suffer from it, ensuring it affects people of all ages – from children through to the elderly. In most cases, it tends to clear up in a few days and not prove a cause for concern; thus, this is what’s usually referred to as short-term or acute diarrhoea. It’s long-term or chronic diarrhoea then that people should be worried about; if it goes on for more than three weeks it’s more than likely to be symptomatic of a serious bowel function issue.

Diarrhoea causes

Diarrhoea can occur due to a number of different reasons – some more serious than others. Therefore, some cause the acute kind of diarrhoea; others the chronic version:

  • Bacterial infections – usually ingested due to contaminated food or water, they include salmonella, Escherichia coli (E. coli), shigella and campylobacter
  • Viral infections – diarrhoea’s often a symptom of the likes of hepatitis, rotavirus, Cytomegalovirus and Norwalk, as well as simplex and herpes viruses
  • Food intolerances – lactose (milk and dairy-based food) intolerance is the obvious example here, but intolerances to food colouring and other additives are also common
  • Parasites – can be ingested via food and often via water; they include Cryptosporidium, Entamoeba histolytica and Giardia lamblia
  • Bowel conditions – irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and Celiac disease often result in diarrhoea
  • Medications – on occasions, the likes of antibiotics and antacids, as well as some blood pressure treatments can set off diarrhoea.

When does diarrhoea occur – and for whom?

As established, in most scenarios and for most people, diarrhoea tends to be symptomatic of something else and isn’t usually health-threatening in itself. But that’s not always the case. For the young and the elderly it can be potentially dangerous – and that’s because it’s directly connected with dehydration. Essentially, what happens when you experience diarrhoea is the body uses up a large amount of fluid, which the rest of the body needs to function effectively and correctly.

As children’s bodies are still developing and those of the elderly tend to be weaker and in more advanced decline compared to those in the prime of life and health, significant dehydration can be hazardous for these two age groups. Indeed, in children, diarrhoea (usually caused by rotavirus) commonly fades by its eighth day at most, but a parent’s nonetheless advised to seek medical advice after 24 hours – indeed, in new-borns it may even prove fatal if they’re not rehydrated quickly enough.

All that said, those of all ages ought to be wary of long-term symptoms, of course. If it’s gone on in excess of 72 hours, if it’s accompanied by severe abdominal and/ or rectal pain and if you have a fever (higher than 102°F), it would be a very good idea to see a doctor.

Food and travel advice

If you’re already suffering from diarrhoea:

  • Avoid fibre-based, greasy and mostly sweet foods
  • It’s probably best to cut out dairy products too
  • If the diarrhoea symptoms are particularly strong, you may want to opt for fluids only, returning to soft foods (plain rice and bananas, for instance) in time

When traveling overseas, there’s a good chance you’ll find one or more foods simply don’t ‘agree’ with your digestive system. In this case, there’s not a lot you can do if you’re trying and experimenting with local cuisine. However, to try to prevent catching infections and viruses, you should try to:

  • Avoid drinking tap water, don’t add it to tea and coffee and don’t use it to brush your teeth
  • Avoid buying and consuming food from street vendors
  • Drink bottled water but only if the bottle’s seal hasn’t been broken
  • Only add pasteurised milk to hot drinks

Diarrhoea supplements

When you’re suffering from diarrhoea or if you’re someone who’s susceptible to suffering from it at all regularly, it’s natural to want to rely on – or at least try – something that helps alleviate the symptoms, or even prevent it developing in the first place. So, you may be interested in the following diarrhoea supplements and probiotics available via us at The Finchley Clinic:

OptiBac-Probiotics

Saccharomyches boulardii (formerly OptiBac Probiotics for bowel calm) – a globally renowned probiotic that naturally helps control bowel function during diarrhoea episodes and bring under control Candida and other fungal overgrowths.

Bio-Kult-120-Capsules

BioKult – great for intestinal balance and integrity, but especially for sufferers of post-antibiotic diarrhoea, IBS, gut dysbiosis, Candida and ‘traveller’s tummy’; combines very well with and enhances Threelac.

OptiBac-Probiotic

OptiBac Probiotics for children & babies – an ideal blend of probiotics and prebiotics for women during pregnancy, babies and children; specifically containing acidophilus, Bifidobacterium infantis and bifidum.

Toxin Reduction: Why You Should Consider A Chemical and Heavy Metal Cleanse

Toxins. Everybody’s heard of them, but how many of us are actually familiar with them? How many of us really know what they are, where they come from and just how many of them may be inside our bodies and doing us harm? If you’re unfamiliar with the topic of toxic chemicals and ‘heavy metals’, you might want to read on…

Toxins derived from food

Unfortunately, research suggests a good deal of the toxins that get into our bodies do so because we consume them in what we eat and drink. For instance, it’s worryingly common for industrial contaminants (the likes of dioxins, mercury and polychlorinated biphenyls or PCBs) and naturally-occurring contaminants (say, the bacterial Escherichia coli or E. coli and the fungi-derived aflatoxin) to find their way into our food.

By way of example then, although it’s eaten daily by billions of people around the globe, white bread contains chemicals that surely nobody would otherwise willingly put through their digestive and other bodily systems, what with the likes of chlorine, acetone peroxide, benzoyl peroxide and nitrogen dioxide all being used as regular oxidising agents in white bread’s flour. Meanwhile, like it or not, humble old table salt is often criticised by experts for its toxic effects on the body – so much so, in fact, the US nutritional organisation The Centre for Science in the Public Interest once referred to salt as ‘the single deadliest ingredient in the food supply’1.

And worth considering too is that in the United States ‘good’ gut bacteria-killing antibiotics are used (and therefore fed to) livestock as many as eight times more than they’re used to inoculate humans against disease2. This means that in that in the US alone, should you try to avoid antibiotics – because, among other things, they do no good at all for maintaining the all-important gut flora in your intestines – it’s still likely you’ll be consuming the chemicals they contain should you eat meat and drink milk.

Plus, like it or not, vegetarians don’t get off scot-free here because, beverage-wise, studies suggest as much as 70% of the coffee produced around the world features toxic pesticides – apparently just one cup could well contain in excess of 2,000 different gastrointestinal (and potentially carcinogenic) irritants. Something to consider the next time you think of stepping into that high-street coffee shop?

Toxins derived from elsewhere

As you may have guessed by now, the number of harmful toxins – chemicals and dangerous ‘heavy metals’ – that find their way into our bodies is pretty staggering. And it’s not just because they’re present in so much of the food and drink we buy and consume, but also all around us in our everyday environments.

For example, it’s often said that young children ought not to be mollycoddled in terms of the cleanliness of their environments so their immune systems develop normally and can work effectively in later life; however it’s also important to be aware of the facts here. Research has found that crawling about on a normal home’s floor will expose a baby to the likes of dust mites, mould and mildew – fair dos, you might say; yet this accounts for daily contamination in the infant’s lungs equivalent to four cigarettes3.

And speaking of looking after children, a study published in 2011 found that 10% of women of childbearing age possess a worryingly large amount of mercury in their bodies – it even concluded that some of them may have ‘potentially hazardous levels’ of the metal in their bloodstream3. Meanwhile, nowadays you’ll find another potentially dangerous chemical, fluoride, present in everything from infant formulas to toothpaste and mouthwash to bottled water even. Is fluoride really that hazardous? Well, one scientific study suggests that, once in the body, it can act as an endocrine disruptor that negatively affects the bones, the brain and the thyroid and pineal glands, as well as your blood sugar levels4.

And finally, there’s no question that, given so many of us spend so many hours in homes, offices and travel compartments installed with air conditioning, we should be aware of how potentially harmful today’s indoor environments can be. Believe it or not, a 1992 study discovered that indoor air pollution accounts for 1.6 million deaths annually (one loss of life every 20 seconds); the direct causes for these deaths being chronic respiratory disease, lung cancer and pneumonia5. Now that’s surely something to make you think!

Toxin cleanse via supplements

Happily, however, it’s not all bad news on the toxin front. The modern lives we lead may expose us to wanton levels of toxic chemicals and ‘heavy metals’, but that’s not to say we can’t do anything about it. In addition to trying to ensure your diet is as natural and organic as possible (thus free of processed foods with all their potentially harmful, unnatural chemicals), you can easily perform a regular toxin removal via toxin cleanse supplements. Indeed, you’ll find the following three products – among many more – available on our website here at The Finchley Clinic. Why not check them out and discover just how much good they can do you…!
