What do our customers says about Threelac?

Here are three of our favourite customer reviews…

I have suffered with the side effects of candida for years-the overeating as a result of food cravings, dry skin, depression, tiredness, etc. I tried the very restrictive diet recommended by some books I read, however I found this difficult to fit in with any kind of family or social life. In desperation, I was surfing the internet for some advice & came across an American review of Threelac which sounded too good to be true. After some more research I found the product was available at The Finchley Clinic, so I ordered some to try along with Oxygen Elements Max and Active Digestive Enzymes. I thought it was quite expensive, but then so is overeating !! I have now been using these products for about 8 months. Apart from an occasional bad day, the food cravings have disappeared, my skin is much better and I am no longer tired and depressed. As a bonus I have lost over 3 stone.

Threelac is the miracle cure I was waiting for. Candida closed my life down; it became an endless cycle of safe foods and activities, engaging in nothing that would aggravate or inflame my problem. To say it was depressing and tedious would be a huge understatement. Hope tinged desperation meant I would and did try everything. Nothing really worked. Until Threelac. I felt the difference within days and the good feeling lives on. Threelac fully restores all the pleasures of the flesh because my body has become a pleasure to be in. I can eat, indulge in, play and frolic to my hearts content – Chocolate, alcohol, liqueur coffee. Candida acts as an invisible bondage, shackling you to a thin, restrained, neutered experience of life. Threelac cuts those chains and to the starved senses, such freedom is sublime. A lot of products carry exaggerated claims and many therapists make reassurances and promises they are unable to fulfil. Having wasted a lot of time and money, not to mention the emotional investment, I can place my hand on my heart to vouch for this product. Id also like to add that Mark’s service is second to none. I usually receive my order within two days, sometimes the next day. This is incredibly reassuring, if like me, you tend to leave things till last minute. I’m reluctant to use expressions such as this changed my life as they are so laboured in this results guaranteed culture but Threelac has, so I have to concur. It does what it says on the tin, how rare is that?

I have suffered IBS for 5 years with the usual symptoms of bloating, abdominal cramps, alternating loose bowels and constipation. I aslo have an intolerance to Wheat, Gluten and Dairy. After another period of being signed off from work with the above plus mild depression I reaserched the internet to find that I may have a Candida Albicans overgrowth – as I ate a sweet diet – having ruled out all wheat / gluten and dairy there was not much choice – i adore chocolate and so that was my compensation for not being able to eat my other food favourites. I had also taken the contraceptive pill for many years. I did the saliva test and this came up with the result I was expecting. From that moment I cut out ALL sugar, yeast, and mould producing foods as well as still being on the wheat and dairy free diet too. I lived on Salad and Veg!! The occasional apple was allowed. I also started taking Threelac with Oxygen Elements Max and Active digestive enzymes. It was very hard especially the first two weeks, but after a while I stopped having sweet cravings. I do not have to eat every two hours like I had to before otherwise I got shaky and faint. Its been 5 months now and I am coming to the end of the programme. I am still taking two threelac a day as maintainance. I feel a lot better have lost weight and am able to eat the occasional sandwich or pasta dish without being in severe pain from the cramps. Taking Threelac is now a staple part of my lifestyle, its helping my weight stay stable and allowing me more freedom with what I eat. I would recommend to anyone who has suffered with digestive problems to give it a try – initally it is expensive when taking 5 straws a day but I would pay it all again as It has worked for me.

Don’t forget, if you write a review of Threelac or anything else you have purchased from us, you get 500 reward points per review. We find it very frustrating that everyone wants to read other peoples reviews, yet can’t be bothered to write one themselves.  We get roughly one review for every 500 sales of each product.

Is Threelac a scam or dangerous?

There is some nonsense and scaremongering on the internet about Threelac. Most of it is drivel, and some of it is put out there by competitors who have a vested interest in hugely unethically, trying to market their own product by discrediting the competition – often with barefaced lies. We think this is a despicable and unnecessary tactic. If a competitor product is genuinely any good, you should promote it on it’s own merits, not by slagging off the compeition. Anyway, rest assured by reading what our customers have been saying here that it’s not just a good product, but often an amazing one. And don’t forget that Threelac and all the products we provide from Global Health Trax are backed up with this 60 day money back guarantee,

FAQ’s on the difference between Threelac capsules and sachets

What is the difference between Threelac capsules and Threelac sachets?

Not much. Basically the capsules are in vegetarian capsules, and the sachets are provided in sachets which you open up and sprinkle onto your tongue or put in a little water. The box size of the capsules is much smaller for than the sachets, which makes it easier for us to ship, and easier for customers wishing to take the product away with them when travelling. So that may be a consideration for some people.

Are there any other differences between the two in terms of efficacy or effectiveness?

No – or at least not that we have observed so far. In fact if anyone does notice any difference in efficacy, we’d like to know about it. But please note, 1 sachet = 2 capsules. This is why there are 120 capsules whereas the original product (threelac sachets) consists of 60 sachets but is the same price.

Best wishes

Diet, Hydration, Supplements and More: How To Help Your Colon Help You

There are two kinds of colon. The first is the grammatical kind (‘;’), which most people don’t know how to use properly. The second is the long tube that makes up part of the human body’s digestive system and, likewise, unfortunately many people don’t know exactly what it does and so how to keep it (and themselves) healthy.

Otherwise referred to as the large intestine, the colon doesn’t digest food – instead, it’s all about the processing of waste from food and drink, passing the waste on its way eventually out of the body via the rectum. It’s made up of four different parts, along which waste moves, slowly developing into solid material and finally becoming stool. Given the colon’s critical importance to the digestive system then (although you may ask what part of the digestive system isn’t critically important?), it’s very much in your interest to keep yours as well functioning and happy as possible; a healthy colon helps make for a healthy you.

And if a colon’s healthy and functioning correctly, it’ll be doing its job of removing much needed vitamins and other nutrients, as well as water, from the waste before it’s finally expelled from the body. Why? To ensure that not only is all the goodness from the food we eat removed and used as it should be in the body, but also that the unnecessary and, indeed, damaging ingredients of the food (that is, the toxins and impurities) are removed and, yes, excreted as waste.

How to keep your colon healthy

So, how can you aid your colon in doing its job effectively – what can you do to help it help you? Well, here are five top tips for looking after your colon health:

  • Get your diet right – the first step to a happy colon is eating well and that means swapping sugar-rich, fatty processed foods packed with toxins for nutrient-rich, organic, fresh foods; the likes of fruits and green leafy vegetables, broccoli, lemons, garlic, juices, mung beans, raw nuts, seeds and whole grains
  • Exercise – as with many things when it comes to your body, it’s important to remain physically active to ensure your digestive system’s in good shape1; if you’re feeling sluggish your colon will doubtless behave likewise and no good will come from toxic waste clogging it up for longer than is necessary
  • Keep hydrated – there are few things more healthy for you than drinking water (hardly surprising, as about 60% of the male adult body is actually water; 55% of the female adult body), so be sure to drink purified, oxygenated water to help flush out toxins and harmful impurities; in fact, the body’s most fundamental processes can’t take place without good old H2O1, including waste process and removal, not least because it helps stool remain soft so it’s easier to pass and excrete2
  • Rest properly – in most cases, even the healthiest person is believed to need between seven and nine hours’ sleep a night3 – how much do you get? Less than that? And how do you sleep? Do you get tired easily? Following a better diet is likely to help you relax and sleep, which in turn then – like your diet will directly – will improve your colon’s health
  • Consider a colon cleanse – this may seem an extreme step to take, but don’t worry it’s not an unpleasant or involving experience; certainly not if you avoid laxatives and do it the natural way to clear your colon of any waste that’s got trapped.

Colon cleanse supplements

To that end, you might want to take a look at the ‘Colon Cleanse’ section of our website for suitable naturally-derived, gentle and safe colon-cleansing products – for instance, all three of the following highly recommended supplements are available via The Finchley Clinic:

Oxy-Powder

Oxy-Powder – slowly releases mono-atomic oxygen to create an unfriendly environment for harmful bacteria and other toxins, enabling free rein for the friendly bacteria needed for proper digestive and intestinal health.

threelac-caps

Threelac – contains Bacillus coagulans (a probiotic that helps solve digestion issues), Bacillus subtilis (may aid removal of bad flora) and Enterococcus faecalis (a friendly bacteria that’s great for the gut); Threelac works very well with other supplements we sell.

Colosan-Capsules

Colosan – gently releases oxygen into the digestive tract to cleanse the large and small intestines and ease constipation; may also help with candida and parasites.

Mind over gut matters? How mental and gastrointestinal health are linked

Have you ever found yourself feeling low when suffering from diarrhoea? Or down in the dumps following a bout of abdominal pain or stomach cramps? Or has it struck you that you may feel more depressed than you’d expect along with a bit of digestive trouble? Well, research suggests this wouldn’t actually be surprising – and is probably very normal – because there are strong links between digestive and mental health.

Indeed, by studying gut microbiota (the community of micro-organisms found in the gut), experts have established significant connections between bacterial imbalance in this part of the body and mood and behavioural issues.

From the brain to the gut – and vice versa

There are three specific ways in which the brain connects directly with the gastrointestinal part of our bodies:

• The vagus nerve – this travels from the brain stem, via the neck and thorax, straight to the abdomen; it helps regulate heart rate, speech, sweating, and various gut functions via the supply of motor parasympathetic fibres to all organs apart from adrenal glands1

• The enteric nervous system – often called a ‘second brain’, owing to its capacity to autonomously communicate and connect with the central nervous system via the vagus nerve, this system can feature up to 600 million neurons2 that influence muscle activity in the gut wall and gland secretions of the likes of stomach acid, digestive enzymes and mucus3

• The gut-brain axis – by linking the brain’s emotional and cognitive centres with the intestine’s peripheral functions, this enables bidirectional communication between the central and the enteric nervous systems4.

Gut bacteria influencing mental health

So, owing to these direct links between the gastrointestinal part of the body and the brain, it’s been found that gut microbiota can – and does – influence brain chemistry, moods and behaviour5. How? Well, animal studies have shown there’s strong proof that micro-organisms in the gut activate the vagus nerve, thus have the ability to influence how the brain sets behaviour6. Could this be why sufferers of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) – thus sufferers of symptoms like gas, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain and cramping – often experience depression and anxiety? Quite possibly.

On a more positive note, the microbiota of the gut play a significant role in influencing the generation and application of serotonin and dopamine – serotonin being a ‘feel-good’ neurotransmitter that (along with dopamine) is important in establishing happiness and well-being. Indeed, you may be surprised to learn that 90% of serotonin in the body is in the gut, ensuring it’s a key regulator of gastrointestinal motility7.

Improving gut flora through diet – and more

Owing to all the evidence then – and, frankly, just plain common sense – it’s in the interest of all of us to look after our gut as much as we can; a healthy digestive system results in a healthy mind – and vice versa. Indeed, the condition of gut microbiota and a healthy gastrointestinal tract can be positively enhanced by a good diet8. And that means plenty of fruits and vegetables, plus fermented foods like yoghurt and kefir. Gut microbiota (the sort that’s good for us) love probiotics.

In fact, a study conducted in 2014 found that, by receiving a strain of probiotics, a group of rats enjoyed something of a therapeutic effect on the depressive and anxious symptoms they were suffering from, as well as a ‘normalisation of their immune response’9.

And if, for any reason, you may struggle to imbed the above suggested food types into your diet then you can follow the example of the aforementioned rats by getting your gut-friendly nutrients via supplementation. You might find one or more of the following gut health supplements available through The Finchley Clinic suit you perfectly – they do for many of our customers:

oxy-powder-120-capsules

Oxy-Powder (120 capsules) – a great colon cleansing product, it offers a slow release of mono-atomic oxygen to ensure an inhospitable environment for harmful bacteria and other toxic matter, enabling free rein for the friendly bacteria needed for proper digestive and intestinal health

threelac-caps

Threelac (60 sachets or 120 capsules) – contains Bacillus coagulans (a probiotic organism that may help solve occasional digestion and stomach issues), Bacillus subtilis (may aid removal of bad flora from the intestines) and Enterococcus faecalis (a major lactic acid bacteria group genus that’s extremely good for the gut); Threelac works very well with other supplements we sell

Colosan (120 and 40 capsules and in powder form) – a magnesium oxide powder that doesn’t just cleanse the colon but oxygenates it too

active-digestive-enzymes

Active Digestive Enzymes (90 capsules) – aids general good nutrient uptake and could help someone looking to cleanse their colon of candida to improve food absorption; great for sufferers of lactose intolerance, diarrhoea, constipation, bloating and gas, IBS and heart burn, and nicely complements Threelac.

Combating candida: a natural way to keep at bay enemy yeast

Many of us have experienced it. Tiredness or even exhaustion and, at the same time, stomach pain and unease in the digestive system. Few of us perhaps would draw a direct line between the two; many of us would probably think that a feeling of lethargy and indigestion and a more than usual amount of gassiness occurring together was a coincidence. But there’s a good chance they’re not. There’s a good chance we may be experiencing the effects of candida overgrowth.

Candida albicans is a single-celled organism that likes to live on our skin and in our digestive tract, especially our intestines. If allowed to remain in the latter unchecked the result can be candida overgrowth, which often sees the tiny yeast-like organisms create multiple different types of toxin (more than a hundred, in fact), all of which can be absorbed through the intestinal wall and spread to other parts of the body through the bloodstream. Needless to say, when this happens it can cause us harm.

Indeed, it appears that infections due to the presence of candida in our bodies are rising – estimates suggest that around 25,000 people in the United States alone develop them each year. Yet, despite this, the efficacy of medication prescribed to treat these infections is slipping as they’re becoming increasingly drug-resistant1.

Candida overgrowth – causes and symptoms

Naturally, for people who manage good, balanced diets, exercise regularly and get an appropriate amount of rest, intestinal issues don’t tend to crop up very often and candida overgrowth doesn’t often affect them. This is because their candida levels are successfully regulated by their immune systems and the presence of other microbes (‘good bacteria’) in their digestive systems.

So it’s when somebody’s immune system becomes suppressed that candida over-grows, causing an imbalance in the intestines and, as mentioned, enabling it to spread elsewhere in the body2. In addition to poor diets (with an overabundance of carbohydrates and high sugars), the onset of diabetes, stress, pregnancy and even the use of antibiotics and birth control medication can help cause candida overgrowth3. Symptoms sufferers may experience commonly include abdominal pains, indigestion and excessive gas; irritability, tiredness and trouble concentrating; anxiety and mood swings; cravings for sugars and breads; skin infections, eczema, psoriasis and acne; and oral or vaginal thrush4.

Treatment suggestions

So what can we do about it if too much candida’s taken up residence in our bowels and is spreading to other parts of our bodies? If traditional medication is proving less and less effective a weapon to fight its overgrowth, what can we turn to?

Some experts have recommended consuming lavender oil, colloidal silver or garlic; however, research for these natural remedies have so far proved rather inconclusive. For many experts, the smart money’s instead on supplements for candida, not least because they contain naturally-derived ingredients (indeed, research has suggested that for sufferers from thrush who’ve undergone repeat treatment from antibiotics but still experience a recurrence of symptoms, probiotics can be very helpful5).

And, at The Finchley Clinic, we have many supplements available that we recommend trying to combat candida – it goes without saying that, of course, some may work better for some people than others, but we highly recommend all of the following:

Threelac

Popular anti candida products

Popular anti candida products

Threelac and Fivelac

Over 10 years since we introduced them to the UK, Threelac and it’s sister product Fivelac are still the two most popular anti candida products we provide, and still getting great results (well, at least where they are used reasonably patiently, and where a fairly low sugar and low alcohol diet is maintained).
Here are some unsolicited customer reviews:

Threelac Reviews

Best product on the market. Works better with a balanced diet. This taken with caprylic acid my candida was gone in 4 weeks after years of suffering!!

Threelac is the first product that has helped me with candida. Soon after taking it, it seemed suddenly as if the whole of my insides feel better better and happier, especially helping with constipation. I have been taking it for 5 months taking 1-2 per day. I started feeling better within a few days.

This product seems to have a miraculous effect on my (super sensitive) digestive system; I’m not sure if I actually have low-level Candida but the symptoms are similar. I usually take one sachet per day before a meal but sometimes increase it to 2 or even 3 times per day if I’m likely to be eating food that’s normally a bit too rich for me to digest. I always plenty on holiday with me and have also found it can calm an upset stomach.

Through the use of Threelac and various other supplements, I was able to get my long standing candida problem under control. I was taking at one stage 5 packets a day, but you need to work up to this gradually. Now I find if my diet has been poor, I take a packet from time to time to keep everything maintained. It seems to be working and I no longer have an issue with my candida.

I have been using this product for years and it’s the only thing that helped when I first started using it for my candida. I used to have awful symptoms with terrible inflamed boils on my skin, especially around my neck, and within weeks this had cleared. Really recommend it..you won’t get it cheaper anywhere else either

Threelac is the best thing ever! It has helped me greatly with my candida overgrowth symtoms of chronic fatigue. I began to improve a few weeks after I started using it, stopped using it when I no longer needed it, but now I am back for more, as I am in a bit of trouble again.

I was always a little sceptical about trying products for candida especially as they can be expensive. I have tried so many over the years and none have worked. I reached a point in my life where I was just so poorly, I was bloated, I looked pregnant, my joints hurt, I was lethargic and felt very low. I decided to give Threelac a try and wow, what a difference. I did make the ultimate mistake though, I finished the course, started feeling better so decided to discontinue using it (mainly because of the cost). Within a few weeks things started to go down hill. My tummy was bloated again, I was tired, no energy and just wanted to sleep all the time. Once I re-purchased it the symptoms again di …(more)

I have been taking Threelac, on and off, for over 10 years now. I started taking it after the birth of my third child when as well, as post natal depression, my body went ‘AWOL’! My whole system threw a wobbly, well a lot more than that actually. My hair started to fall out, the skin on my fingers and toes would crack open revealing deep fissures, I found I couldn’t remember the names of everyday objects, my digestive system seemed to stop operating altogether. My skeletal system felt so week I could hardly stand long enough to peel a few potatoes!I would experience excruciatingly painful stomach cramps which would have me crying out in pain all night and eventually resulted in my being admi …(more)

I’ve had candida since I was 20 (though I didn’t realise it then), and I am now 65. There are very few things that hves done anything that help me. It has reduced it down to a level where I don’t feel ill all the time. I still have to be very strict with my diet, and avoid all carbohydrates. But before I found threelac I was still strict with my diet, and I still felt crap. Now I am strict with my diet, but feel good, and don’t get the foggy brain, the painful joints and muscles, pain around my liver and body odour that my wife complained about. I need to mention that at first I felt worse. I phoned the advice line, and Mark Lester was confident that this was a die-off reaction, and I sho …(more)

My wife has long term neuropathy affecting her hands and feet, but also causing poor digestion and constipation. The constipation also causes poor sleep and lethargy. Oxy-Powder worked at first for the constipation, but soon stopped working. But Threelac works consistently and reliably and never stopped working, at least not in the 3 years she has been taking it. I would say this product has been literally a life saver for her. I used to suffer from awful bloatendess. Within a couple of months of taking 2 per day for a week then one per day, I had a terrific boost to my bowel movements too and no more bloatedness which has been maintained when I stopped taking it. My wife needs to take t …(more)

Fivelac Reviews

My wife cured of a candida infection in her digestive system (medium to high intensity) that she has been fighting with for 10 years. She’s got the condition after a herpes zoster infection and nothing has helped her. She had kept a strict diet with no sugars, no fermented staff, and so on, which alleviated a little the symptoms, but never got rid of them. After a thorough research I’ve discovered fivelac and more I was reading about the way it works, we became convinced to give it a try. So we did, we bought the 6 box offer and she has been taking 2 sachets per day, one in the morning and one in the evening till all the 6 boxes had been finished. There are more than 5 and a half years since …(more)

I cannot recommend Fivelac highly enough. I suffered for years with systemic candida which resulted in great vulval & urinary pain/discomfort. I had endless visits to my local Genito-urinary clinic & whilst the prescribed medication eased the symptoms of thrush, no medical professional could help with all my other symptoms. I saw many specialists without result so started to research to help myself……..so discovered threelac which worked. And I simply upped it to Fivelac as more of the good bacteria could only do good. The only downside I found was constipation (I do not know if it was definitely caused by the product) which is when I started using the oxy colon cleanse products.  …(more)

Within 24 hours of taking fivelac and going on the candida diet the depression in my brain cleared. Finchley Clinic Editorial note: We contacted this customer to check what she was saying was accurate, as it’s very rare for anyone to respond that fast. She said was very sensitive, and tended to react very quickly to products. She said it was true, she had taken 3 sachets per day, and started noticing the benefits on the second day. She said she was not completely cured, but there was a big improvement. She did not think the anti candida diet she had begun was the main reason she had improved as she ate a low sugar diet anyway. She attributed it mostly to Fivelac.

I was very ill after having my fourth baby, so ended up in hospital on a cocktail of 3 IV anti biotics and went home two weeks later on oral antibiotics, within a few weeks I had severe stomach pain, crawling skin feeling on my back, upset stomach, rosacea, lethargy, athletes foot and psoriasis, foggy head etc and the list could go on! I realised what was going on after knowing someone years back who had suffered from a yeast infection, the doctors wouldn’t hear of it, telling me to eat sugar and yeast as normal due to feeding a baby, I discovered threelac and then tried fivelac and they coupled with a strict no sugar diet for a year made me well, I can now tolerate small amounts of sugar in  …(more)

Threelac became a vital part of my life over two years ago, when I realised that candida control was essential in managing my Crohn’s disease. I introduced Fivelac for those times when I felt I needed something ‘extra’ – if for example I suffered an upset stomach while travelling, or felt that a Crohn’s attack was imminent. Suffice to say that since I started this regime, my Crohn’s has been pretty much completely under control for the first time in my adult life. Threelac and Fivelac are amazing products, and I simply wouldn’t be without either, ever again.

I have been giving Fivelac to my son for a few weeks now and am extremely happy with it. I use it in conjunction with Bio Kult and Medcare ointment. His Athletes foot has almost completely cleared, and his tummy issues seem 100% better to. He seems a much happier boy, so I am a very happy Mum! Thank you Finchley Clinic!

Since taking fivelac I have been a lot lees bloated, and more ‘regular’. I feel my digestive system is working a lot more efficiently generally. All without needing to change my diet. I am also taking oxylift. I don’t know whether or not that also contributing to the effects of fivelac, but the oxylift does seem to have given me more energy.

I’ve used Threelac for years and more recently Fivelac when it became available with great results, but unfortunately I normally make the mistake of ‘opting out’ of the maintenance dose (recommended you continue to take one straw per day even when you feel really well). This means that I gradually get to feel worse again and one day wake up and think – I need to order some more fivelac + bio-kult and get things back on track. I never realised until recently that the good guys in 3 / 5 lac don’t live in your gut and need to be topped up regularly, so it looks as though I will have to have more discipline in future and continue with a low dose even when I feel good again.

My story could seem like most of the people’s. It goes back years when I suddenly had problem breathing, eating and my whole throat got dry. 7 years now I lived with that and recently in july after having multiple sugars, breads and milk, I got this feeling in my throat like someone threw plaster on my right throat. I couldnt eat at all,or breath andi felt like my throat was going to close. I went to the conservative doctors and due to my hospital job, I saw many doctors who couldnt help me. They presented me as a crazy person who needs therapy, that i have psychological problems and so on.all that because they couldnt figure out where did this problem come from and if it was real. Ohh yeah O can tell y …(more)

I have tried a number of products for candida, many of which have helped me to a degree, but fivelac has been the most effective one I have come across to date. I previously took threelac and 2 per day didnt help me, but 5 per day was very effective. But when fivelac became available I found that 2 sachets per day of fivelac had the same effect for me as 5 sachets threelacs. I have been able to get back to my old diet (bread, cheese, fruit and sweets in moderation) as a result of this. My main problems were pain and bloating after food. It also seems to have balanced my moods and reduced my tendency to panic attacks.

Threelac vs. Fivelac

Please note these figures below are based on the amount of live bacteria at the end of the products shelf life (i.e.. the expiry date). The manufacturers state that the amount of live bacteria at the point of manufacture is double that of the expiry date. Therefore the figures quoted below are minimum estimates of the number of live bacteria.

Ingredient Threelac Fivelac
Bacillus coagulans 500 million CFU 500 million CFU
Bacillus subtillis 500 million CFU 500 million CFU
Enterococcus Faecalis* 500 million CFU 500 million CFU
Bifidobacterium longum None 500 million CFU
Lactobcillus acidophilus None 500 million CFU

*  CFU = Colony Forming Units.

Why don’t they contain more zillion, billion live bacteria?

Those who think that the “critical” factor is the number of live bacteria, may notice that although not terrible, the number of live bacteria is not especially high compared with some products around the same price. Based on the great feedback we get for these products, I have come to the conclusion that the number of live bacteria is not the most critical factor in determining which product to go for. What is critical where it comes to probiotics to contain candida yeast overgrowth, is whether the strains therein are reasonably strongly anti-candidal. As probiotics re-produce with incredibly rapidity, this seems to be more important than the number of live bacteria per capsule or sachet. And in Threelac and Fivelac we have two of the more reliable products on the market.

Which is more effective, Threelac or Fivelac?

Our view, however unhelpful and confusing it may be, is that

  • Fivelac is theoretically better than Threelac. But this is not true for everyone in practice. Regardless of the theory, some people find Threelac works better for them. We do not know the reason for this. We think the easiest  explanation is just to say they are different.
  • The general advice I am giving these days is to try Threelac first. If it doesn’t seem to be working after a couple of months on at least 2 sachets per day, then it’s well worth trying Fivelac and see whether that works better for you.
  • What is far more important than worrying about which one to take, is to make a decision and take it persistently – anything from 1-6 sachets per day, depending on how sensitive you tend to be, and the severity of the problem. Our worst results, are ALWAYS with those individuals who dabble with products or take them when they can be bothered etc, rather than taking them every day.
  • Although many people get better with Threelac and Fivelac alone, candida overgrowth syndrome can be a complex and stubborn problem. These products are in many cases only part of the answer. At the very least I always recommend them to be taken with one of the liquid oxygen products.
  • Educate yourself on the subject of candida, by reading the articles.

The importance of Oxygen for Candida control.

Candida likes a sluggish, oxygen deficient environment. We always recommend candida sufferers to use a liquid oxygen product as well as taking probiotics.

These products have the following benefits : –

1) They are directly anti-candidal

2) They support the immune system. Candida thrives in a sluggish immune environment, so supporting the immune system makes it harder for the candida to take hold and proliferate.

3) They raise life force energy in the body (as well as physical energy). Candida sufferers nearly always have a depressed level of general life force energy – making it very hard to overcome any type of stubborn illness or harmful bacteria, fungal or bacterial infection.

In an ideal world there are often additional products that we would suggest, but we regard Threelac or Fivelac plus one of the liquid oxygen products as a foundational programme upon which additional products can be very useful to add for an even more comprehensive approach.

Which one is the best one?

Someone asks us this question every day. All four products are designed to flood the body with oxygen, but they are rival brands with slightly different mechanisms and vibrational qualities. Unfortunately it is not possible to tell you which of the four liquid oxygen products we provide will work best for any single individual, because individual results vary. If one of them was the “best” one, and all the rest were rubbish or significantly less effective, I wouldn’t waste your time and money on inferior products. Moreover I would not waste my own time and company money marketing four separate products if one of them was consistently more effective than the others.

Another point I will make is that a number of people report back to me is that these products “didn’t work”. In some cases this is true – nothing works for all the people all of the time. But time and time again, when I then question the customer making this assertion I find they have not taken them for long enough, or were tinkering / using them when they can be bothered. This will not accomplish anything, no matter what product you use! Where they genuinely are not helping after 60 days usage, we encourage you to try one of the other liquid oxygen products, as there is a degree of trial and error required with some people, and one of them will usually hit the jackpot.

Other Probiotics for Candida Control

Threelac and Fivelac are our two most popular anti candida products. But as night follows day, different probiotic products work for different people. Other probiotics which we really like for candida sufferers include Bio-Kult Candea  – containing 7 different probiotic strains, plus garlic and grapefruit seed extract which are scientifically proven natural antifungals. These are also proven to be compatible with the probiotic bacteria in Bio-Kult Candea.

We also like Optibac Probiotics for Bowel Calm For Bowel Calm contains the unique strain, Saccharomyces boulardii – an internationally acclaimed probiotic that naturally helps to control candida overgrowth. It also supports bowel control and function during episodes of diarrhoea.

Suffering from candida?

Do many of these symptoms sound like you?

From the article “Conquering Candida– Candida overgrowth causes many symptoms, the most common of which in our experience are fatigue, bloating (gas), food allergies, carbohydrate craving, vaginitis (thrush), anxiety/depression, impaired memory, poor concentration, a “foggy” brain with feelings of unreality, and general malaise.  Additionally, numerous other symptoms may less commonly be exhibited.  Of these, those we see most frequently include cystitis/urethritis, menstrual irregularities, loss of libido, stiff and painful joints, muscle pain, indigestion, diarrhoea/constipation, inhalant allergies, chemical sensitivities, catarrh, hay fever, sinusitis, persistent cough, cardiac arrhythmia, discoloured nails, acne and other skin eruptions, earaches, headaches, and dizziness.  Candida may also contribute significantly to the causation of a number of medical conditions as diverse as premenstrual tension, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, eczema, psoriasis, urticaria, epilepsy, schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, hypoadrenia, hypothyroidism, hypoglycaemia, ileocaecal valve dysfunction, and childhood hyperactivity.

Threelac capsules for candida – Get 25% off whilst stocks last. Read on to find out how.

Threelac has long been our most popular product for intestinal candida overgrowth. Some 10 years or so after the original sachets hit the market, Threelac was launched almost unnoticed in vegetarian capsules a couple of years ago. In order to raise awareness of the availability of the capsules, for the next two weeks we have this special offer on. Therapeutically we are not aware of any difference between the the capsules or sachets, so we think the choice of which one you purchase just comes down to personal preference.

This offer is available on Threelac Capsules only (not the sachets).

Please note, we only have a limited number of Threelac capsules available for this promotion, and if our stock runs out before the promotion ends, then we will end the promotion early.

For best results, we recommend combining Threelac capsules with Oxygen Elements Max and Active Digestive Enzymes and potentially any of the products found here. With regard to the Oxygen Elements Max, please remember to use as directed on the label. We often find that people who claim it “didn’t work” dabbled with, took it when they could be bothered or if they remembered. This does not produce results and is really a waste of time and money. Used consistently and persistently, most people are delighted with the results. Candida thrives in a sluggish, basically crappy (sorry to put it so bluntly), de-oxygenated environment, and adding a liquid oxygen product to your regimen at the same time as taking Threelac will enhance results.

PS, Here are the five most recent customer reviews of Threelac. You will get 500 reward points by writing your own review on the web site for Threelac or any other product.

Amanda: This product seems to have a miraculous effect on my (super sensitive) digestive system; I’m not sure if I actually have low-level Candida but the symptoms are similar. I usually take one sachet per day before a meal but sometimes increase it to 2 or even 3 times per day if I’m likely to be eating food that’s normally a bit too rich for me to digest. I always plenty on holiday with me and have also found it can calm an upset stomach.

Karen: Through the use of Threelac and various other supplements, I was able to get my long standing candida problem under control. I was taking at one stage 5 packets a day, but you need to work up to this gradually. Now I find if my diet has been poor, I take a packet from time to time to keep everything maintained. It seems to be working and I no longer have an issue with my candida.

Renate: I have been using this product for years and it’s the only thing that helped when I first started using it for my candida. I used to have awful symptoms with terrible inflamed boils on my skin, especially around my neck, and within weeks this had cleared. Really recommend it..you won’t get it cheaper anywhere else either

Marie: Threelac is the best thing ever! It has helped me greatly with my candida overgrowth symtoms of chronic fatigue. I began to improve a few weeks after I started using it, stopped using it when I no longer needed it, but now I am back for more, as I am in a bit of trouble again.

Jenny: I was always a little sceptical about trying products for candida especially as they can be expensive. Once I re-purchased it the symptoms again disappeared. The product makes such a difference to me that even family members notice the difference. I cannot recommend this product enough, it genuinely gave me my life back.

Antibiotics, probiotics and your gut

antibiotics

It might seem strange to think that by taking antibiotics when you have an infection, you actually compromise your health. But think about it: an antibiotic is meant to kill off the harmful bacteria invading your system. So how does it know which bacteria to kill and which ones to leave alone? The answer is that it doesn’t. Along with taking out the bacterial infection, an antibiotic destroys your usual populations of beneficial bacteria, especially in your gut. That’s part of why, according to the Harvard Medical School, it can take up six weeks for your body to recover from a course of antibiotics – even when you really needed it.

Obviously when you’re sick, you should do whatever it takes to get back to normal – but that doesn’t mean you should ignore everything else you usually do to maintain your wellbeing. Your gut bacteria are what keep your intestines functioning smoothly, but they also serve another function: crowding out other, harmful bacteria. During the six-week recovery period after you wipe out bacterial populations with antibiotics, the way is clear for damaging bacteria like E. coli, H. pylori and Clostridium difficile,as well as the Candida fungus, to establish populations large enough to wreak havoc on your digestion. Once the antibiotic has cleared up the original problem, you can find yourself plagued with diarrhoea, constipation, bloating and irritable bowels.

Your best bet to keep your bowels ticking over when you need to take antibiotics is to also take the opposite: probiotics. You can get these from fermented foods like yoghurt, kimchi, kombucha and sauerkraut, but a probiotic supplement is your best bet if your bacteria have just taken a hit from an antibiotic. Specific strains like Lactobacillus plantarum can help to guard you against infections from specific spore-forming bacteria; L. plantarum has shown signs that it may help to decrease the risk ofC. difficile infections in hospitalised patients who were treated with antibiotics, as well as reducing other unpleasant gut-related side effects.

If you’re looking for a specific strain of probiotic, the best way to get it is in combination with a crowd of others in a product like Bio-Kult, which contains L. plantarum along with 13 other strains of friendly bacteria. A wide range of supplements gives your internal bacteria the best chance of rebuilding their shattered populations to get you back on the road to optimal health as soon as possible.

However, our bestselling probiotic products are Threelac and its sister product, Fivelac. They both contain three essential active bacterial strains: Bacillus subtillis to help stop harmful bacteria from growing, Enterococcus faecalis which exists naturally in your digestive tract, and Bacillus coagulans to help control digestive problems. Fivelac contains two additional strains:Bifidobacterium longumfor more active guarding against harmful bacteria, and Lactobacillus acidophilusto help improve gastrointestinal function. Both Threelac and Fivelac contain a maximum of 30 parts per million (0.00003%) of casein, which is an ingredient derived from milk, so they are not suitable for strict vegans.

When you’re sick, keep in mind that an antibiotic is not a cure-all. They are meant to fight bacterial infections that your body can’t cope with alone. If what ails you was caused by a virus instead of bacteria, you’re out of luck: antibiotics can’t help you, but they can still demolish your natural gut microbiome and leave you feeling lousier than before. Use antibiotics sparingly and give your body the time and resources it needs to fully recover.

Threelac cheapest price too good to be true?

Threelac cheapest price
Threelac

Hi everyone.

Nope, this email isn’t what you think. I haven’t suddenly stopped believing that Threelac, used patiently and persistently, preferably with one of the liquid oxygen products is an excellent anti candida solution for many people. So why have I written “buyer beware” in the subject header? Well, recently I discovered a company selling Threelac on Amazon at what I could only describe as a silly price, which meant neither they nor anyone else could be making a profit on it. This went on for some weeks, and I was both frustrated and puzzled. I complained to the supplier, who told me they have never heard of this company, and they were not selling it to them. They asked me to buy a box, which I promptly did, and then found out why it was so cheap. Basically the box was badly damaged, but more importantly there was no expiry date on the box. Since the expiry dates are actually etched onto the box, and the distributor cannot falsify the expiry date, I am not sure how it is even possible to provide stock with no expiry date whatsoever on it. I was puzzled, but the one thing i did know was that was something dodgy about this supplier, and this stock. Was it stolen? Was it counterfeit? I don’t know, but personally I would not take it.

Recently this supplier has stopped selling the Threelac cheapest price stock that they were previously advertising. Good job, as I would hate to think of customers being ripped off with what looked like a great deal but only because the stock is counterfeit or beyond it’s expiry date.

So my conclusion, biased as I am, is rather than just googling “Threelac cheapest price” and deciding to buy purely based on price, do consider who you are buying from before making your purchase. Just as all that glitters is not gold, all that looks cheap is not necessarily being sold with integrity.
