L-taurine, magnesium citrate, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium-d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), passion flower (passiflora incarnata) extract, l-theanine [from green tea (camellia sinensis) extract], bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), lemon balm (melissa officinalis) extract, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
Adults take 2 capsules once or twice a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. Should not be consumed by children below 18 years old. Do not consume more than 800mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per day. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.Long-term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
