I have been taking this product for nearly a year now. I found it to be of great benefit. I started off with taking 5 capsules daily first thing in the morning but after a good six months of taking that I have now reduced it to 3 capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach Its a great all round product benefits on the eyes and keeps bowels regular. Anyone suffering from IBS this product is worth a try.
