My son suffers with crippling heart burn, the GP prescribed lansoprazole however, I didn't want him taking this due to his age and side effects.

I purchased these to see if they would give him any relief and WOW, normally after each meal he would be in lots of pain with nothing giving any relief.

He took one capsule before eating a pasta bake which would normally have him climbing the walls in pain, yet no heart burn came.

He took another before his evening meal, also very heavy in carbs and just wow not one single bit of heartburn all night.

Highly recommend to anyone suffering.

I have been buying this product regularly for a few years now. I continue to take 1 capsule every day as a maintenance dose. I took up to the maximum dose when I first began. This product has significantly improved my IBS symptoms to unnoticeable. I now do not get painful bloating. It has also helped with my lactose intolerance as it contains the enzyme lactase. My sinuses are much better when taking these. I like to eat a bit of goats cheese and I have some lactose in a medication I need to take, so these capsules help to counteract the side effects of a small amount of lactose for me. I love the combination of digestive enzymes and probiotics in one handy capsule. And I love that there are no nasties in the ingredients. A firm favourite for me!

I take one with food and has greatly benefited my former acid reflux. I used to take prescribed medications with known potential health concerns to treat the acid reflux and are now so glad that I no longer take any medication to treat acid reflux since starting taking the active digestive enzymes. I have also noticed some weight loss which I believe could be caused by my now better improved digestive system. Thank you Finchley Clinic for availability of this product

I'm finding Active Digestive Enzymes very helpful in maintaining a (currently necessarily limited) healthy diet. Symptoms of discomfort are much reduced taking 1 three times a day at mealtimes. Have been using for a month now and will continue. Thanks.

For years I have had poor digestion and have felt rather nauseous & had hiccups, particularly in the evenings. Taking one of these digestive enzymes daily before breakfast has completely changed that and made a real difference as the symptoms have disappeared.

I had been suffering from stomach problems after contracting hysteria. I already took another brand's digestive enzymes but something in the email from Finchley Clinic spoke to me and I decided to try it.

Since then I have been very impressed by it. I only need to take one capsule a day. I appreciate it having a blend of probiotics included. This combination of the digestive enzymes and the probiotics seemed to have helped my stomach issues a lot.

I bought these enzymes as they were on special offer, due to them being near the expiry date, but I'm so glad I did.. they work really well to help the body digest the food I eat. They have considerably lessened the gas and my bowel movements are looser. Hurrah!,considering I've been constipated for many years. I am in my sixties and I believe that food gets harder to digest when one is older, so this product is a big YES from me. Its a shame that it's not cheaper, but it's only money and we can't take it with us when we're no longer here!

I take these to aid the digestive process because I believe as we age our bodies are less able to properly break down food and utilise the nutrients. These definitely help with my bloating issues. I take one before breakfast and dinner.

I have taken this product before & it did help reduce flatulence & provide essential digest enzymes to help digest my food. In turn, helping with the continuum of maintaining gut health & manage my inflammatory skin diseases. I would definitely recommend this product & I am planning on placing an order for another supply.

Bought the 90 capsules, I have suffered from IBS for many years and I was only taking it once a day. I noticed the difference within a month. Overall, my symptoms became much easier to handle and definitely milder, in particular the inflammation of my ascending colon. Definitely will buy it again.

I have been taking this product for around 6 weeks on Mark's advice to help with the unpleasant gas and bloating I was experiencing after meals. I was a little sceptical as I've taken various other enzymes in the past to little effect, however thought it was worth a try, and I'm glad I did as I'm impressed with the effect these ones have had. Within a couple of days I noticed a definite improvement in my symptoms post-meals (I take one with each meal) and will continue to take them going forwards.

I took two capsules daily with food for three months. I was suffering with acid reflux, heartburn and bloating. I started to notice a difference after about three weeks and all my symptoms have now cleared up, thankfully. I feel like my system is more balanced now and I wouldn't hesitate to take the digestive enzymes again should I feel the need to. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

I ordered the Active Digestive Enzymes for the first time 2 months ago, and am so thankful I did. Following a period of prolonged on-going extreme stress, on top of irritable bowel syndrome, my gastro-intestinal symptoms had worsened to the point that I was in almost constant abdominal pain. Now ... I have no abdominal pain and the effect was almost immediate taking one capsule with each meal! I have never experienced this definitive result with any other vitamin, mineral or supplement and, hence, have not previously submitted a review.

I used to buy one from America but now I will be using this one on a regular basis.Highly recommend since I had no bloating after taking it and can have a sourdough occasionally without any issues!!!

This is the second time I am ordering this product and I really find it superior to others of the same range.

If I'd know of it before, I might have started using it a long time ago!

Bought these for my husband who was suffering with terrible diarrhoea after having chemotherapy, he takes 1before each meal,it took a couple of weeks to start seeing a big difference, but he is now back to normal and would not be without these enzymes. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic product for those tackling methane dominated SIBO with constipation, or a sluggish digestive system.

I take these regularly and have been very pleased with the results.

I take one in my smoothie AM. hint. I open the capsule and put it in the liquid while gathering the other ingredients, that way the contents are geared up ahead of blending. this has stabilised my bowel movements from diahorrea to smooth, which is a blessing. It is my go to digestive enzyme capsule now, having tried all sorts of types. it is reliable. I do the same method PM when preparing soup in vitamix blender, opening and adding capsule to liquid while preparing contents for soup prior to blending. this method has settled my digestion.

I've been using these in conjunction with the Floratrex probiotic capsules. I do notice an improvement in my constipation along with uncomfortable bloating. I'm still struggling to keep flatulence and acid reflux at bay however and believe that I will need to try something else.
