I have tried many other Multi Vitamin and mineral products over the years, but the only product that really works well is the Advanced Multi. I notice the difference as the B vitamins are quite powerful and I can tell because my urine turns a bright yellow colour. I feel much better with this product rather than taking any other inferior multis. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. I stopped for a while because I needed to save some money as the product is more costly than others, but now I can see that this Advanced Multi is worth the extra money one pays for it. Good for one's health in the long run, especially for the more mature generation! Be sure to order well in advance as this product sells quickly.

I take 2 every morning. Within a day or two I found that the horrendous exhaustion I used to feel by the end of the day had dissipated and that my energy levels were generally improved.

Excellent product - very good value for money.

I am on my second bottle and find it to be excellent and feel the benefits.

I take two tablets a day at lunchtime. This is partly because I take Oxygen element in the morning and I need to space out the products as Vitamin C should not be taken within 2 hours of taking the oxygen.

I also top up my zinc Magnesium selenium and vitamins d K2 and C

2-3 times a week for added protection and would increase these amounts if I caught a cold etc.

I feel to help keep us well and fit it best to take plenty especially in the winter.

I would also say I find Mark always to be very helpful if in doubt ask.

It works ! Easy to swallow because not big. I like tablets. This way I can find out how many I want to take. Then I take powder.

I am 55 and after spending two months in hospital in summer 2020 I felt very poorly and I knew I was depleted of vitamins and minerals because of hospital food (no raw vegetables of fruit were allowed because of covid and I had no one that could bring me some fresh fruit at least). I was also losing a lot of hair, so I phoned the clinic for advice on a strong multivitamin supplement, as the one they gave me in hospital didn't seem to have any effect on me. I started out with biocare methylnutrient, and then after 2 months I moved on to this product that is more affordable for me. I've been using it ever since (that makes about eight months) and I even gave a huge supply of it to my brother in italy as a present, who also is benefitting from the use. this product has a good price point and I found the inclusion of probiotics very smart and helpful as an everyday help to general wellbeing; on this regard I can also testify that my brother, who is diabetic and suffers from IBS, is having less problemns with his belly, and hasn't made any changes in his diet. I highly recommend it and will keep on using it.

Easily digestible with having the good bacteria addition. Great less costly all round product.

I have been using a more expensive product for a while and changed to this product. It seems excellent and I will definitely re order. Both my husband & I take the complex and we feel great. We take 2 per day and have both stayed fit and well through the Winter. We have stayed flu, cold and cough free so that's a bonus!! Thank you as ever for your help and support.

I use these as a one-a-day general multi-vitamin and they seem fine. They are rather big though.

I know that I'm getting a high quality vitamin and mineral from this Advanced Multi product. I've been taking it now for about 3 months and when I see my urine as bright yellow, I know that I'm also getting a good intake of B vitamins too. It's more economical if you buy the large bottle. (Just a note) it really isn't worth buying any of the cheap vits that you find in stores such as the chain variety, so don't waste your money on them. This Advanced Multi is the best in my opinion.

I have been taking this product for many years nows as it was the best all in multi-vitamin I couls find at a reasonsable price.

I would recomend it to anyone.
