I ordered Collagen twice already and at this time with MSM .I would say that these are two parts of one strong complex.
I test myself and noticed that this Collagen is more acceptable for me, I decided to use daily dose which is 4 capsules per day,
(2 in the morning and 2 - evening time).When this supplement will be finished I have a break, about 10 days and then shall buy it again.
I ordered not only these supplements and should say that the quality is really very high which is number 1 for me!

After about a month, I realised my joints were not aching anymore. My nails and skin have improved too. This is making a huge difference.
I have been taking Collagen for about 5 months now, and it has helped me enormously with joint pain, wear and tear and keeps my muscles flexible. Fantastic product for hair, skin and nails too. I take 3 a day but you need to stick with it in order for you to notice the difference. I've seen how lots of newspapers are advertising Collagen and its benefits and they seem to charge a King's ransom, so it would be wise to stick with the Finchley clinic.
I have used this for 1 month and havent seen much impact on my skin yet. Also you need to take 2-10 tablets per day so it doesnt last very long.
I've been taking Collagen since February 2023 (initially buying from another health supplement provider) but found it didn't really help at all. So, I turned to the Finchley Clinic, and purchased the Higher Nature's brand of Collagen. I am so glad I did, because I suffer with joint pain around my thigh and hip and have seen a significant reduction in pain. Can do Yoga now! Also, a marked difference in my hair texture, stronger nails and skin becoming softer. I'm taking 3 a day at the moment, half an hour before eating. This is a marvellous product, especially for the over 60's! I've been buying products from the Finchley Clinic for many years now and have never had any hassles from them, online or by telephone.
