Is Citricidal safe?
Here is a statement from the suppliers on this question:
There is a lot of information online regarding adulterated Citricidal and Grapefruit seed Extracts, especially with substances like Benzalkonium Chloride and Benzethonium Chloride, but also with Triclosan, and other substances. However, all our Grapefruit Seed Extract batches of raw materials come with a full certificate of analysis from the manufacturer, stating that they are free from Benzalkonium Chloride, Benzethonium Chloride, Triclosan, heavy metals, chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticides, PCBs, Propyl Hydroxybenzoate, Methyl Hydroxybenzoate and arsenic. During the processing no contaminants or pollutants are introduced into the product. Unfortunately the proceedure is proprietary and cannot be disclosed.
