Not all fats are bad! Some fats, especially omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9, are essential for good health. This powerful complex provides EPA, DHA, GLA and omegas 7 and 9, from Fish, Starflower, Sea Buckthorn and Virgin Olive oils. With natural vitamin E to protect the oils from rancidity.

The key Omega 3s EPA and DHA, from fish oil, are important for supporting the heart, arteries, eyes, brain and joints. EPA and DHA are also important during pregnancy and breast-feeding - for mum and baby. DHA has the ability to convert back to EPA, when needed. In addition, GLA from Starflower oil plays a role in maintaining hormone balance and joint and skin health. Omega 7 from golden-orange Sea Buckthorn oil has been found to have an affinity for the skin and mucous membranes of the digestive and urinogenital tracts. Omega 9 from Virgin Olive oil is a key feature of the Mediterranean diet, which is known to have benefits for cardiovascular health.

These omegas are combined in golden-orange, soft gelatine capsules (bovine source).

Our borage oil is free from pyrrolizidine alkaloids.

Daily Intake

Adults take 4-6 capsules a day, children 13 years and over take 2 capsules a day, with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
