Comprehensive Candida Support Programme Month 4

This kit is Month 4 of our Comprehensive Anti-Candida programme.

This months kit consists of the following products, and below is our typical recommended usage:

1 X Wild Endive Formula (60 capsules)

Take 1 capsule twice per day.  If you prefer to have Wild Endive Formula A instead which is very similar but even gentler, please say so in the comments field when you checkout your order. By month 5, this product is no longer in the programme, as for most people it's no longer needed. Please note, if you have a high level of candida toxins, you may be one of the exceptions, and need to continue this product. Unfortunately no kit can be been moulded perfectly for every case.

2 x Thyme Formula

This is a strong herbal product containing 7 botanical ingredients. One of the ingredients it contains is Cayenne, which is a powerful hot spice. If you don't think you will be able to tolerate it, please put in the comments field that you would like Thyme Formula A instead of Thyme Formula, where the Cayenne has been replaced with Yellow Dock, which is a little gentler.

Suggested Usage: Take away from Threelac by a couple of hours if possible. In order to do this, we recommend taking thyme formula with meals, and threelac between meals or the other way around. The main point is to take them away from one another if you can. 

Continue on 2 caps twice per day

1 x Threelac

We normally recommend 1 sachet twice a day. If you would prefer to have Threelac Capsules instead of the sachets, please put this in the comments field when you checkout your order. There is no therapeutic difference between them, and it's just a personal choice. 

1 x Active Digestive Enzymes

We usually recommend one capsule with each meal

1 x Oxylift

We usually recommend about 3 drops twice per day for the first week. Thereafter 7 drops 3 x per day or 10-12 drops twice per day in a little water. Please take persistently. For some reason a number of customer seem to think that this is not an important part of the anti-candida programme, and dabble with it, take it when they can be bothered and so on. This is a HUGE mistake. Please follow our suggestions.

Additional Suggested Products (unfortunately these have to be purchased separately).

Optional Extra: Colosan or Oxy-Powder to promote colon cleansing and support bowel regularity.
One of these products is probably useful for everyone, and in our view essential for those who are straining when they poop or not going at least once a day.
