This is my favourite brand & I am please to say I completed this liver cleanse in May 2022. I followed the diet plan with the products as directed, which includes drinking 3 litres of water daily over the course of a week. All the products were palatable considering I wasn't looking forward to consuming the epsom salts with warm water & raw organic olive oil with the juice of 2 whole freshly squeezed red grapefruits but actually it was fine. It made a significant difference by the 7th day. Not only did I notice my gut health felt toxin-free, empty & cleansed. My skin was looking hydrated, radiant & clear. My stomach was flatter & I had lost nearly 4kg following the program with diet, supplements, water intake & without any exercise. I felt great & decided I would do this liver cleanse again. I plan on ordering the kit shortly.
