I struggle with processing gluten and it can cause me some abdominal pain. I normally just minimise it from my diet and that’s fine however I wanted to give these a go as when eating out with friends it would be nice to be able to be a bit less restricted on what I allow myself to eat. These really help and I am able to eat gluten occasionally without any problems. I take them about 5 mins or so before I start eating gluten and they really help.

I find this product beneficial to my digestive system even though I have no allergy towards gluten. I take 1 capsule a day for a cycle of two months, then stop for a while. I feel it helps somehow, it's a kind of detox for me. Highly recommended

I have been using these for about six years and did so to help with IBS symptoms. They have been very beneficial. I am very religious in taking them as I don’t want the IBS back.
