I recently first tried this liposomal iodine and I love, love, love it ! I do take a sea miss complex and I used to take an extra form for iodine support, however I feel this is more of a direct form of iodine and I'm really pleased with this one. I take the 1 ml once a day, I'll be using this now as my iodine support and I'll be taking it daily. I've been using this now for two weeks approximately, I'd highly recommend this great iodine.
