I cautiously started taking 15ml./day, and noticed immediate effects; the pain medications I have to take cause side effects, and these are greatly reduced by this superior vitamin C. (As an aside, this also works on hangovers!) Also, this has vastly benefited my gut(-biome). I really wouldn't want to think of going on without it.
