Reviews for Liquid Iron - 2 fl oz

I was advised to supplement with iron due to my ongoing anaemia, and I wanted to use a more natural, organic product, and so I chose Global Healing's Iron Fuzion. I took one capsule a day, and I felt an improvement in my energy levels within a few days. I would recommend this product: it is strong, and it works.

Used this whilst pregnant due to low iron levels. Only took for about 1 month but my levels went from 10.1 to 10.6 which I feel is decent, considering it takes time to increase blood levels of most vitamins and minerals and the fact I was heavily pregnant. Also, I only took 0.5 - 1 capsule at a time (and no more than 1 a day) as I like to not overdo supplements and this made them last longer too of course. Probably should have taken the full amount. I always opened them and sprinkled them into food or into smoothies. The taste is ghastly and I dreaded taking them in the mornings with an orange or kiwi (vitamin c increases absorption) but in a big smoothie it’s fine. They were gentle on the stomach and didn’t give me any nausea or constipation which I know is common with other iron supplements. I love the fact these are from natural, organic ingredients, no nasties, suitable for vegans, glass packaging. My ONLY gripe is the expense. If it wasn’t for that I’d have repurchased since and would probably take them continually as I can be prone to low iron and feel now I could still do with them but it’s just too expensive which is a shame. But you pay for good quality and if you can spare the money, i’d say these are well worth it!
