I take one, sometimes two capsules a night and felt the benefits straight away. I wouldn’t be without them.

This product is so good, I made the mistake and took this late afternoon, wow within 2 hours I was in the bathroom around 3 times, I felt amazing afterwards thank goodness I was home (lol) If you follow the right instructions and take it at night, you will have nicer transistion lol.

Brilliant product and I like using totally natural ingredients rather than the chemical version. Plus, being in tablets, you can easily experiment and find your own dosage according to your needs (even according to different times of the year). I find that I need more 'help' with elimination during pollen allergy time. This product won't let you down and it works from the first time. Recommended.

I have been using Mag 07 since September 2021, when I experienced life changing issues with my gut and bowel movements. My sister-in-law recommended it when all else was failing to help. Despite blood tests and a colonoscopy, the medical profession has to date provided no answers. From the first day I used Mag 07 I felt a difference. Since then it has been a daily support. Though I am often self-diagnosing as to how many capsules I should take, depending on what I eat and when, and therefore am unable to give an exact correlation on its impact, I really do not know how to manage without this supplement.

I have been using this product for several years. I take a teaspoonful first thing every morning in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water. I have my breakfast about an hour later and almost immediately have a bowel movement. Similarly following lunch and dinner. This has worked very well for me all these years. I don’t have any stomach issues and always feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this product.

Since taking these my ibs has settled somewhat, but the biggest difference they have made is that I am regular and there is no longer struggle or pain. I can easily go 2/3 times a day sometimes more. I take 2 in the evening before bed or in the morning if I forget. Brilliant service and first class product

I have been rotating these with Oxysan to keep my bowels moving and can confirm they are effective.

I take Mg07 to cleanse the Colon and help oxygenate. Everyone is different and so finding the dose is personal. For me, I take one cap first thing on an empty stomach, and then 1 cap with a main meal, so there is plenty of oxygen to help digest food. I like these caps as the least excipients - too many folks add fillers!

I have used Mag07 for about three years now and have always found them to be effective. I take between 3 & 5 capsules on a morning with half a pint of water. I follow this with a hot cup of tea and within half an hour I have to visit the toilet with the desired effect. Unlike laxatives, Mag07 stimulates the bowel and produces a normal stool

I’m so happy I tried this product. I was using capsules from another brand but they got a lot more expensive. I find it really effective, I only take the 1/2 tsp and I alway get results. This achieves a gentle cleanse, just more regular bowel movements, slightly more and it is more of a proper cleanse. A much more cost effective way of doing it. I did a ten day cleanse intitially and my skin looked better, my energy is better, I wake up feeling energised and my mood is better. Highly recommend to anyone, in fact a few people have started using it since I have!

Great new product. First it felt different to Colossan but after you get used to it, you realise how good it is. Just one capsule is enough.

I'm using it now from more than a year and really helped me with constipation I always struggled with.

I was on painkillers which cause constipation. I took two capsules at bedtime with a glass of water. The following morning I ate breakfast and had a bowel movement.

On reflection I think it’s better to up fibre intake by eating more vegetables, fruits and seeds especially crushed linseeds. This is what I will do in future and if needs must I will take Mag 07

This product is expensive but it certainly dealt with my problem.

I have some issues with constipation, and this product is really good. Even though it is written that one can take it on a long course, I prefer to stop it for a week all 3 weeks.

I got this product after reading the reviews. It has worked well. I have used the recommended dose and would achieve a good movement within a number of hours. It hasn't had any side effects or caused any discomforts.

Just took the recommended daily dose and this works!

I recently started taking Mag 07 capsules and was very pleased with the result. There was no discomfort or side effects, just being ‘regular’ and the reassurance that every morning I experienced relief and happy that my body was behaving as I thought it should! I have been on Colosan tablets for quite a while, which are also very beneficial, but I think the Mag 07 capsules work even better.

Have been using these for some time and are the only thing that works for my constipation without being too harsh. I have tried numerous other things to no avail. Initially I took 6-8 tablets to get a full cleanse and then for maintenance dose I take 1 or 2 tablets per day depending how I feel.

You won’t be disappointed with this product and I feel so much better after finding it which was from a recommendation after having an intolerance test

My husband and I are retired therapists and have used Colosan ourselves and also recommended them to our clients/patients for many years now. We have recently been using Mag 0 7 and have found them to be even more efficient and would recommend them to everyone. The reason some people are afraid to try these products is because they are afraid of getting too harsh a reaction, which is not the case. If one starts with a single capsule (we like to take them in the morning) and take more if needed the next day etc it is a gentle natural response of inner cleansing and helps the digestive system - which as we get older is not so efficient. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Mag 07 is the best ' cleansing' product I have come across in a lifetime of constipation. I am a woman in my 70's. It is gentle & reliably effective, no cramps, no I'll effects. I take one or two tabs most nights & they work the next morning. Highly recommend. But they are expensive.

I took 2 tablets the first night, 3 the next and then 2 a day later as I forgot, and then they started working. I have longterm IBS with constipation and these tablets are an answer to prayer. There are no long term side effects from what I understand and I finally have regular bowel movements! It truly is a miracle! I now take 2 to 3 every night with water, occasionally skipping a night if I don't feel the need to take them. I am forever grateful to my new nutritionist for recommending Mag07 and I now tell everyone who mentions constipation about them!
