I can’t stress enough how good these are - magnesium is so essential for almost every bodily function and you do feel the difference especially if you work out I think it helps a lot with muscle recovery - I also don’t ache for as long when I take these. I take it to reduce my period pain and let me say if I take them consistently each day when my period comes the cramps are far far less severe and I am able to get on with my day. If I take a few the day before I won’t even feel that I have come on. I think they are great for the body to absorb. 100% worth the money - you will feel a difference after taking them consistently for a month
The capsules are not too big and go down nicely. There isn't a strong taste whilst swallowing the capsules and no after taste. The price is fantastic and from a brand I trust with no nasty ingredients. So far, i've noticed my sleep seems to be better and while I do still wake up during the night my mind doesn't seem to be racing like it did before I took this product. Also, my restless leg syndrome has eased up quite a bit. Looking forward to see if these improvements continue to get better.
I've been taking this Magnesium Citrate for quite a long time and I wouldn't be without it. It's a very effective anti-depressant. Also because I experience Fibromyalgia symptoms of muscle pain and aches it seems to reduce the body's inflammation. Furthermore it increases the water content in the intestine which makes it a really good laxative. It's great for the nerves and anxiety and relaxes your body if you suffer from insomnia. At the moment I take one capsule three times a day but have decided to increase my intake since writing this review and doing some research on the web as don't feel I take enough. As I'm post menopausal the body does require a higher intake. I recommend you start slowly at first because it may be a shock to the system and produce diarrhoea very quickly. If you are new to this product start with one capsule a day and gradually increase when you notice any improvement to your overall health. Good health and wellbeing to all.
