I took 2 vit e capsules per day for two months to help boost my immune and naturally to help my BP and lower my cholesterol.. What a difference it made! I'm happy to say all is restored now and I'm back to my usual health and daily vitamin and mineral regime, however if I need a boost again I will not hesitate to re order!!
