One of the best MSM + Glucosamine product ever tested, not only on me but on my mum (78 years old). She gets 3 caps daily at lunch and feels much better especially with her knee movements. You have to carry on for at least a month to see results, though.

And it Is helping me, too. I feel the difference when I take it also in terms of energy, I guess it is due to the Vitamin C and the Ginseng in the formula.
