Although there are exceptions, in most cases, 10 tablets is not sufficient to tell whether it's working. We only provide it because people have asked for it.
Recommended Usage & Intake
Place under the tongue and allow to dissolve.
Do not chew or swallow, as this will stop it from working.
It can be taken at any time of the day.
For general health and vitality 1-2 tablets per day is sufficient for most people who are using it to increase wellbeing, energy and concentration. (In other words, we find that the suggested label dosage below is far higher than most people need).
People with serious health challenges may need up to 6 tablets per day - especially in the first month.
