Great product.
I never taken a probiotic for a long time but at Christmas I had the flu that was going around and it left me with a bad cough.
I phoned up to get some homeopathic advise for my cough which I got from the homeopath that I spoke with, but she also advised me to take a course of probiotics. I like these very much and have been on them a while. Not sure how long I should take them.
