After op with strong antibiotics, I took one a day and although a frequent thrush/UTI sufferer, got not a single twinge so therefore it seems to me that the optibac worked well. Absence of symptoms does not necessarily mean efficacy of treatment so I have no actual proof these worked,but in this case I am sure as even normal doses of antibiotics trigger symptoms and this was a strong injected dose of antibiotics.

Very good product for me. Have taken one a day during cefalexin antibiotic course and suffered no bowel ill effects during the treatment period. Kept my system functioning regularly. Obviously, I can only comment from my own personal experience but on this basis a recommended product.
