I bought 2 bottles one for my daughter (39) and one for me (75) we took 2 tablets each 2 hours before getting up in the morning with plenty of water.
May daughter felt slightly unwell after taking it however it was short lived. I felt no different until mid bottle when I experienced stomach pain and
diarrhoea also my daughters symptoms had been getting worse so we stopped. Will not continue taking it.
