68 year old male. Reason for purchase is increased urinary frequency especially at night.

Have waited to write review until I have used this product for 8 months. Experimented with one capsule per day (morning)-70% and also two (morning & evening)-30%. No real difference seen between the two doses so have mainly used the single capsule, morning approach.

I can attest to the fact that I have seen a definite, if only small, benefit in urinary flow/frequency though not a particularly consistent improvement in night time wakening events (perhaps reduced from 3/4 to 2/3 times). Strangely, on occasions when I have used consistently for several weeks and then briefly stopped taking the supplement, frequency of night time events temporarily reduces to 1/2 for a number of days before re-appearance of higher occurrence.

I can see that there is some kind of change linked to this supplement so have taken the decision to persist with ordering a further supply. Will continue to experiment with dosage/timing etc.

(Added benefit. No need for separate zinc supplement which I had been taking over winter months)
