Was going to wait a few weeks longer before reviewing but have noticed early, good results. Possibly this is due to piggy-backing these onto using Prostate Essentials for 8 months prior (Reviewed that product separately and was getting reasonable if variable improvements).
Looks like this may be the prostate supplement which works for me.
Also added 15mg of zinc & 3mg of Boron daily alongside this supplement.
Just over two weeks taking just two capsules with my breakfast and have found a marked improvement!
Slept through a complete 8 hours last night without waking for toilet once (not done this for a long time).
Now mid afternoon and the improvement is continuing.
Will be hoping for continued success and ordering more.
