I love biocare products and this is a really lovely high quality quercetin, it's got nettle with it too to boost the immune system. It's a good high quality quercetin and flit between this one and the global healing one, both are from natural source's, plants and I love them both. I'd highly recommend this product.

Took dosage as per recommendation on bottle and only overt change was less heaviness after eating. Main reason for me taking this was in conjunction with zinc as quercetin (as an ionophore) helps zinc enter the cells. Nettles and bromelain are a great addition for digestive and mineral benefits. A great formula!
