2 x 250000 capsules and they can work almost immediately on my suspected lung clots. Been taking 250000 iu for decades to combat sarcoidosis nodules reaching the heart and also as blood thinner and anti clot. I noticed lumps and scars have shrunk or flattened. If woken at night by hard pain going from right lung to left lung, immediately taken 2 extra x 250000 capsules with large swig of water and visualise clot or sarc nodule dissolving, pain clears in minutes. Works for me and I may move onto the million dose. As bedbound, dvts real risk but touch wood have not had one yet and my regime seems to keep things stable as no treatment for sarcoidosis.

If you google serrapeptase - Dr Axe has a good article - you'll find many potential benefits, but my interest was in breaking down fibrin to reduce blood clotting risk. I'd been experiencing leg pain which disappeared after a few months of taking high dose serrapeptase.

Used these to help with post workout soreness during some intense training and running. I’ve used serrapeptase before for similar with excellent results.

These higher dosage caps are an excellent idea and they worked exactly as expected. I’ll be sticking with Finchley going forward, it just ticks all the boxes for me. Delivery was also prompt and the packaging of good quality. Excellent all round.

Been taking 2 capsules twice a day and I think it’s helping my inflammatory issues after taking it for a month

Best I can find, haven't taken long enough to notice a big difference, but confident its helping with their nattokinase too.

I love this great high strength serrapeptase and I trust and live anything made by the Finchley clinic. I took one tablet twice daily to get rid of the silk worm . It certainly did the job and I'm happy to say I've noticed a big difference in my stomach issues that have really improved after I finished my course . I will be doing the cleanse again and this is a fabulous method of doing so.

I have tried many other suppliers of serrapeptase and I think these are the best. I have been taking them for a number of different ailments which I have healed over the years (endometriosis, cysts, etc) but recently retook them again to help after several bouts of covid which would not shift. Happy to report I have seen much improvement. Highly recommend.

I bought the serrapeptase and was pleasantly surprised that it started shifting the mucus in my chest really quikly. I might respond faster than others but it only took a few days to notice that I was able to cough and spit stuff that must have been sitting in my chest for ages. The product didnt cause any digestive problems and I have no idea if it is destroying the plaque build up in my arteries or not but I am definitely feeling good about my health, and I can breathe considerably better since starting. I would say it's pretty good but the speed of service and ease of transaction etc, was Fantastic.

As a long covid sufferer, this product helps me with brain fog, gets rids of tiredness and fatigue. I rotate it with b12, k2+d3 (also purchased from Finchley Clinic).

I'm now on my second order of high strength serrapeptase and will continue to buy.

I purchased it in the hope that it would reduce inflammation/pain from autoimmune conditions and arthritis. It does in fact help to reduce both.

I take one or two capsules most days and have been for around 2-3 months. I combine it with MSM powder for pain as I find that more effective.

I need to take it every day for a longer period to see if there's even more improvement. I'd say my inflammation/pain has reduced by about 25% so far, 35% on good days which for me is a big deal!

I'd like to try the even higher strength serrapeptase at some point to compare.

I've been taking serrapeptase on and off for many years with a little benefit, however it's only on switching to this higher strength that I've noticed more benefits.

I take Serrapeptase for its health benefits and I can report that since taking these caps my healing response has improved. Four instance I cut myself quite badly 2 days ago and the following morning all inflammation had gone down and significant healing had taken place at the injury site. I was amazed. I also take this supplement with Nattokinase and Lumbrokinase. My general health had benefitted enormously from this regime and I wouldn’t thrououghly recommend these products. The Finchley Clinic products I find to be the most potent and best quality.

Wonderful product have seen an improvement of my pulmonary fibrosis, even my consultant was impressed.i shall keep using this.

I take this product for inflammation and internal scar tissue reduction from medical treatments. I have seen the dramatic reduction of scar tissue in further imaging. I have been buying products from Finchley Clinic for over 15 years now. All of their products are high quality.

I have been recommending serrapeptase high dose for several decades, in my case to fight off sarcoidosis, blood clots with stroke and heart disease and plaque as there is no treatment for sarc and I already have 2 nodules on the right lung for 13 years. I now have terminal heart failure and permanent atrial fibrillation so the chances of a fatal clot are high. Despite all my ailments, my arteries are only slightly furred for my age, due to the serrapeptase, which surprised my specialist. I also get occasionally woken by possible clot in the lung moving and immediately take a 250000 serrapeptase and within minutes the pain and tightness has gone, that has to be directly down to the serrapeptase at high strength.

My daughter in law was in a severe motorbike crash and unable to walk for a long time due to scar tissue, which is how I discovered serrapeptase and got her 3 months worth. She recovered very quickly and leads a normal life now. When I developed sarcoidosis, I remembered and have been on them ever since. For me they are a real lifesaver and I cannot be without them so I am delighted to see them offered in high doses as anything less is just a placebo. Please keep selling them as they are the only effective treatment for so many conditions and I have now added an extra 6 years to my sell by date, almost certainly down to serrapeptase and the Cardiac Four.

What is this, such high strength and felt nothing... debating whether this is real

I love that serrapeptase is now available in the higher dose as I have been successfully taking it for a number of years for reducing adhesions in the abdomen, ovarian cysts and reducing inflammation contributing towards the remission of my endometriosis.

After Covid I was getting brain fog being lethargic and needing a LOT of sleep with no reason. On top of that I was getting pain in the chest for no reason. After reading all reviews, I started this product and within a few days energy levels were up, and no need to sleep in the afternoon!

Hi have been using Serrapeptase at various strengths including the 250,000 and the 1,000,000iU for a long time and I find it extremely beneficial for pain and inflammation, help with recovery from invasive procedures, very helpful with bacterial infections and most importantly, helps to get rid of cysts. This particular brand is much more potent than others I've tried

Have been taking this most of my life as back in Asia, this was commonly prescribed by GPs for sore throat. I've been looking for a good quality product in the UK and so pleased to find it here. After my C Section in July 2023, I have struggled with aches and pains and fatigue, not sure why but since taking these, I have felt more energised and less achy. I had a very bad winter flu recently and this really helped to clear up the catarrh in days. I normally have a cough that lasts all winter but I recovered much quicker. Would love to hear from Mark why I have had an increase in energy levels since taking this. Also, I am hoping this would help to clear up any internal scarring from the C section.

Excellent product, it's amazing on its own or I use it for COVID vaccine injury and my clotting after the shot with 200o fu X 2 daily nattokinase I take 1,000000 X 2 serrapeptase twice daily also. I have been taking this combination for 4 months on the advice of my chiropractor and my oxygen levels, circulation and blood clotting have all returned to normal from being dreadful. I can't endorse this product enough. I love the nattokinase too.
