Reviews for Vitamin C 1000 90 Tablets
Started using this powder a couple of weeks ago, and at the moment am taking 1 teaspoonful a day, in 2 cups of water, which I sip throughout the day. I've had problems in the past with stomach aches when taking Vit C, including in powder form, but this one is working fine, even though I'm taking relatively high doses. I'm very glad to have found something my stomach tolerates well. I have a couple of quite mild heart conditions which are both arrythmia-related (but not A-Fib), and I can't swear to it, but I believe I've had fewer and gentler palpitations, possibly due to the addition of magnesium in this product. I'm very happy with it.
This is a great Vit c product to use if you have a sensitive tummy, ie gastritis like myself.
I use it to boost iron supplements, and also to rid a herpes attack. As vit c does not stay in your body for long it’s good to spread out 5 to 10 tablets through the day to keep your immune system boosted during a cold, herpes attack etc. Too much vit c can upset your tummy but I found taking 10,000 spread over a day was just fine for me. It’s great for your skin too. If you smoke it’s advisable to take vit c as it mops up the free radicals caused by smoking, so a chewable one would suit so you can have one after a cigarette.
My husband & I have been taking 1 tablet per day for a long period of time now & we rarely ever get a cold, flu or sniffle. If we feel the remotest chance of catching something we up the dose for a few days...with amazingly positive results. I can't imagine not taking the Bio Care Vit C 1 tablet. I would recommend everyone to take Vit C, it is truly an amazing vitamin.
