Hi Everyone
I'm afraid this is an article you'll need to read through to the end if you suffer from brain fog.
Brain fog:
As far as I know it's not an official medical condition. Yet we get a lot of people calling or emailing us describing brain fog as being a real and debilitating problem for them, and asking for help. It's not the same as depression, chronic fatigue, anxiety, dementia or confusion - though those problems not uncommonly run concurrently with 'brain fog'. It seems to be more of an inability to think clearly, a lack of mental alacrity or a feeling of brain 'heaviness' - at least that's how it's usually described to me.
Fortunately, we've had considerable success in this area, and over the years I have had quite a lot of positive feedback. In researching this newsletter, I typed "brain fog" into our search bar and found 55 people had used this specific term in their reviews. There would be a lot more, but the sad truth is that only a small proportion of our customers can be bothered to write reviews, and even those that do sometimes use other terms like "spaced out" or "foggy brain" and so on, so it would be almost impossible to find all of them. You can read all the examples I found, by doing what I did, and you will get the following result...
In first place was Wild Endive Formula (or the very similar product Wild Endive Formula A). In other words there were more positive reviews with the words "brain fog" for Wild Endive Formula than anything else. However it was not specifically formulated for brain fog. It was formulated to reduce candida toxins (though it is also a good general blood and liver detoxifier). I think this just goes to show the degree to which candida overgrowth syndrome, particularly the candida toxins that candida overgrowth produces, seem to mess with our brains. I think it's worth mentioning that initially some people with 'bad candida' need to take high dosages of this product if they want to get good results within days or weeks (as much as 10-12 capsules per day), which is why we also have the larger size 300 capsule bottle, which works out cheaper per capsule.
Where it comes to Molybdenum, it's not a big seller (because people don't know about it) so only 5 reviews for it. Yet three of the five (60%), referenced improvement with brain fog, which is a remarkable percentage.
As one customers put it
I never knew I needed to take a molybdenum supplement, but following advice from Mark [Lester], I have been taking one drop of Nutrisorb Molybdenum per day as part of an anit-candida regime, and have seen the "brain-fog" that was plaguing me almost completely vanish. I was convinced I was in the early stages of dementia, so I am delighted to have found this remedy! Please give it a go, if you are feeling muzzy-headed or are treating candida.
* As with Wild Endive Formula, it is not anti-candidal - but it does help the body eradicate the candida toxins.
The product(s) that came up the second most frequently, and if if you read the previous paragraph this won't surprise you, the specialist anti-candida probiotics Threelac and Fivelac. Which reinforces my view that the link between gut health, candida, dysbiosis, and brain health is real! Other probiotics were also positively reviewed mentioning help with brain fog,but these are the two that came up the most frequently.
It possibly won't come as a shock to learn that a number of the reviews citing relief from brain fog benefitted from taking our oxygen based colon cleanse product Oxy-Powder (others mentioned the same benefits from Colosan which we have now discontinued and replaced it with Oxysan).
I am sure this is partly because these products also help with candida and candida toxins. But aside from that, there is very little chance the brain is going to function optimally if your guts are full of gunk! Oxy-Powder and Oxysan sort this problem out by gently cleasing the muck stuck in our intestines, using a magnesium based lattice, which releases oxygen in the GI tract. We recommend combining one these products with colon hydrotherapy for those who want to go a step further, although they also work splendidly as stand-alone products.
Several more commented on how Detoxadine - (nascent iodine) helped with brain fog. This did not come as a huge surprise to me, given what I know about the connection between iodine, the thyroid, and brain health (too large a subject to go into here, though I may venture into this in more detail in a future newsletter). Although we don't get anywhere near the same volume of sales with the other products we provide that support the thyroid (mostly because our customers sadly don't know how good they are), I have no doubt at all that these would also help wherever a sluggish thyroid (which is common) is the cause of the problem.
Sadly, over the last 3 years, quite a few people have mentioned to me that having the covid jabs, or what we more accurately call worthless experimental poisons which did nothing to prevent the spread of the illness it was supposed to "protect" people from, really badly messed up their brains. Although the other products mentioned here would help too, those individuals typically commented on how the proteolytic enzymes helped them. Namely Serrapeptase and / or Nattokinase and / or Lumbrokinase (these three products are found here) and / or Bromelain, all of which work in a related way to one another. They can be used singly, or combined together for a stronger cumulative effect.
Another product which appears to help people with brain fog as a result of long covid or vaccine damage is Foreign Protein Cleanse. Check it out!
Last but not in any sense least, several reviewers cited Oxygen Elements Max or the rather similar Oxylift as being the product that did the trick for their brain fog. These products are direct competitors designed to be blood and lymph oxygenators, detoxifiers, energy boosters and they are also potent antivirals and antifungal / anti candidal products. Please don't bother phoning asking us which is the best one, as we cannot answer this question for any indivdual - so just try them, and see for yourselves. They have been discussed in numerous previous newsletters, so I'm not going to go into detail about either of them here. All I will say for now is that these products oxygenate and cleanse the body at the cellular level, whereas Oxy-Powder and Oxysan mentioned above primarily oxygenate and cleanse the gastrointestinal tract. Both types of oxygenators (the oxygen based colon cleansers and the cellular oxygenators) can help with brain fog, and yes you can do both at the same time if you are inclined to, and the combined effect will typically be cumulative.
The list above is not a comprehensive list of every product that can feasibly or even likely help with brain fog, and I have omitted a few potentially important ones in order to keep this newsletter to a sensible length. But I've given you enough to think about for now, and if none of the above work, you can always get in contact with us for some additional suggestions.
If you have found one of our products has helped with your own brain fog, please Logon, go the product page of whatever it is that has helped you and click on "Write Review" (near the top of the page) and tell us what worked, what dosage you took, and how long it took to notice a difference. Trust me, your stories (especially the positive ones) tremendously helps other sufferers with their healing, and they appreciate reading what others share.
I finished writing this last night, then this morning I changed my mind about whether to include one more product than can help with treating brain fog, which is NADH. I wasn't going to include it primarily because the newsletter was already too long. This morning I changed my mind when I thought about the tremendous benefit it gave to my late father, with regard to his mental agility and energy, within a matter of days. He did not have dementia as far as I know, but he was frail, and his mental edge and speed of thought had noticeably slowed, until I gave him NADH. NADH is available in stomach acid resistent capsules or as sublingual tablets which bypasses the stomach. They they both get similar results, though from time to time a customer has commented saying they tried both and one worked better than the other in their case (my father used the sublingual tablets, if only because we did not do the capsules at that time).
Wishing You All A Clear Brain!
Best Wishes
