first off i'd like to start by saying i ordered this product for my partner but i'm writing this review as per her request. Ever since she started taking this product she hasnt been getting hot flsuhes like she was before... me and her have both realised a boost in her energy levels, she doesn't suffer from headaches as much as before (dont know if that is because of this product or not but it's worth a mention) and she has also been getting far less mood swings. she did mention that it tastes slightly weird but not anything you notice dramatically. overall she thinks this product has helped alot and is a great product overall :)

Very good product. The effects started to be seen after 2 weeks. I recommend it.

Since taking the combination of Alert, Mega GLA and Female Fuzion, hot flushes gone, my sex drive has increased, my energy level improved, and my menstrual cycle also came back to normal.
